I've been taller than average all my life, and on the slender side too. I come from a family of rather 'round', shorter people. It's not a bad thing at all, I love them to death. But at family cookouts/celebrations, I stick out. My aunts always have something to say. Whether it be about my chicken legs, how small my chest is, or how incomparable my butt is to theirs or something. And it really hurts my feelings. I hate going to family gatherings because I know i'm just going to be stared at and analyzed because I'm skinny. And now that I'm typing this out, my aunts sound like a bunch pricks. But anyways...

weight is such a sensitive topic, so I'm trying not to be harsh. But I feel that larger girls are given so much sympathy, and to pick up their spirits, what do people do? trash talk the skinny girls. Because we have no curves, we're no fun to hug, who woud want a skeleton for a girlfriend? we may not have curves, but we do have feelings. I've been called all sorts of names. beanpole, bone rack, skinny mini, and no, they don't flatter me. They hurt. I can't help my weight. And when people tell me to "eat a cheeseburger", it infuriates me. I eat. ALOT. I just have a fast metabolism. So for someone to tell me to go eat and put some meat on my bones...really upsets me. what is your alls take on the issue?

We've been dating 6 months, and his birthday is coming up this month. He doesn't want anything expensive, I know, because he told me he's weirded out when people besides his parents buy him things. But I don't want every present to be homemade or super cheap.

Any ideas? Ladies, what have you given your man for his birthday in the past? Fellas, what would you like on your birthday? Any suggestions/ideas are appreciated (:

My boyfriend and I are working on our 6th month this month. And I can't say it's been all smooth sailing, cause it hasn't. I have really bad jealousy issues and sometimes doubt his feelings for me. But it doesn't help when he flirts with his girl 'friends'. And he doesnt consider it flirting, but I do because they are things I think go a little too far. Even if he says he's just kidding, it hurts my feelings to see all this. So anyway,

we have a mutual friend who is bothering me inparticularly. I've known her for a couple years now but we've never been too close. My boyfriend met her this year at school and they've gotten really close. She met him before I did, but with that said, sometimes I Feel like he wishes he had her. She's really really pretty, and funny, and just perfect. They text alot, they skype here and there. And last night while my boyfriend went MIA for a few hours, turns out they were skyping! What gets me the most is how much they talk on facebook. She's all over his walls saying rude things but you know it's all in good fun because he says the same things back and they laugh about it and just joke around.

She's having a pool party coming up, and she told him about it before me. I think the only reason she invited me is cause she knew I'd want to go if he was. Hes so hyped about this party, but I promised a friend I'd be at her graduation party and I plan on doing that. The thing is, I am NOT okay with him going to this pool party without me. Lots of girls in bikinis, his friends saying they'll keep stuff secret, I just dont know.

Am I Selfish for not wanting him to go? Do you think it's ok that I tell him that? What if he does go anyway? And about the girl, what am I supposed to do? When I talk to him about it, he says he doesn't like her and that's the end of it. Like I'm just supposed to suck it up or something. But he talks to her more than me and it seems like he's bored with me yknow? I just don't know what to do. I have alot of feelings for this boy and I want to make it work.

I seen it on tv a long time ago, and I'd really like to see it again so I'm trying to figure out the name.

I know it's about this guy, who gets a couple of potions and he like pours them on pictures of girls in magazines and they come to life.

But If he uses too much of one potion then the girl comes to life messed up, like too old or her face is deformed. Any clues to finding out what this movie is would be much appreciated ;D

I have an iPod touch 3G, and my little brother got into it somehow and changed the password and reset a number of things on the iPod. And he wont tell me the password. Therefore, I can't get into it. I was told to plug in the iPod and get on itunes to restore the original settings, even if it means starting completely over. But itunes says that I have to put in the passcode before I can do anything on itunes.

What do I do?

well, my mom has one.

she saw a dentist today and shes going to a surgeon tomorrow to get two pulled.

but its killing her,and shes to the point of crying !!!!

shes tried toothpaste, orajel, and the dentist even gave her some pain pills. but she says all they do is make her sleepy.

pleasee give us some stuff she can do to get her through the day until tomorrow morning :)

I had the option of going with my mom, or staying home alone. Didnt wanna go with her, so I'm home alone. BAD IDEA. I'm majorly scared of storms and I go into panic attacks whenever i hear thunder ! (hahaa)

every so often,ill bend my knees and all of a sudden my knees will tighten and stiffen up and hurt real bad. its a cramp-like feeling. it hurts so much if I just sit there,and it hurts when I try to slowly straighten my leg. its really hard to explain the feeling,and I'm not even sure I described it well. its almost as if it locks up my knee and pop back into place once my leg is straight. and it only happens when I bend my knee,and not everytime.

my mom says its a cramp and I need potassium. but I get an acceptable amount of potassium and I don't think that's it.

any clue or idea what's going on?or have any of you ever had one? what should I do to get rid of them?

I've had a sinus infection for almost two weeks. my doctor has me on amoxicillin and it isn't doing anything for me.

actually, it got worse.

a knot formed in the left side of my neck right behind my ear. my ear hurts so SO SO BAD !!!!!!!! my ear itself is sore, but its throbbing inside and I feel like I just might die.

I have a doctors appointment at 9am tomorrow but what can I do to calm down my ear ache so that I can have a little peace until morning?

I'm already putting hydrogen peroxide in it every 2 or 3 hours to clean it but it doesn't work very well!

I'd prefer home remedies I can try because I really don't want to go out at 8:46 at night eastern time.

I have a three year old (in human years) beagle and he has this brownish red gunk in his ear. when you look into it you just see a black hole. he also has what seems to be dry blood around his earhole.

he isn't showing any pain whatsoever, he actually seems happier and jumpier than normal?

what should I do? is the vet necessary?

its a weird question, i know. but, ahhha, i was just...curious. :) my mom just ordered dominos :D

God, does it hurt. I made some noodles that required sitting in boiling water. I ate someof the noodles and attempted to drink some of the broth in it and it burnt my tongue. At first it was numb, then it started to tingle. Then it hurt a little, then the buds on my tongue looked like giant pink sesame seeds and it hurts SOOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSO bad !!!!!!!

i sucked on a sugar cube(made it worse!)

ate a popsicle (also made it worse)

and now im swishing water in ym mouth and changing the water every 2 minutes.

its annoying- HELP !!! im to the point of crying!!!!
