I'm writing an essay and I need a synonym that makes the sentence sound better. The sentence is:

However, being an amateur doesn't come with all the *stuff* that being a professional does.

As in, being an amateur doesn't come with the pay and glamour that being a professional does.

Please help !

I've just become uninterested. Im in love with my boyfriend of 9 months and just yesterday I didn't want to talk to him at all but at the same time i did ? I don't know i'm so confused and scared and i just feel weird about everything. My emotions are like a roller coaster, i'm so overly happy with everything one minute and then the next i'm either depressed or angry or don't want anything to do with anything. I hate it so much. My parents do things that are disrespectful a lot of the time and it really does make me mad but most of the time I don't do anything about it. Pretty much I got locked out of the bathroom, which is connected to their room by another door (theres 2 different doors to go into the bathroom, one in the hall and one in their room, and this is also the bathroom that I use) so they could have sex. I got really mad because this always happens when I need to get something out of there, like a tampon, and I can't get in. So I was just angry and when I was downstairs, without thinking about it I flipped off my dad when he came down. I understand what I did was wrong and I apologized, but both of my parents are still mad, and still don't realize what they did wasn't right either. Neither of them are talking to me. What do I do ? And understand what I did was wrong, I was just mad and did something stupid. Please help

My dance studio has an acting class that I take. We do skits in the recital, but have to come up with something that we think the person that we're playing in the skit would be wearing.
