Long story short.we were togethor for 2 years treated her like a queen.Did anything 4 her & she cheated.She got caught! And went all in the defensive.Anyway she didnt even care.she smiled and apologized for waisting my time.Our sex was average im insufficient and other things and just took all her **** and left! She blocked me .changed her # she basically disappeared off the face of the earth.After a "year" of stress tears of where she was and questioning myself i got pissed one day and all the hurt i.had turned to hate.THEN!!Out of the blue almost two years later she sends me a text saying "whenever the sky turns red youll think of me ;) " I was so infuriated she had the audacity to try to keep me emotionally deteriated I went off and said dont EVER call or text me i called her a fat broke immigrant motherless child.Her mother died of breast cancer five years prior.I said dont ever call or text me again you fat broke immigrant motherless child,you ******* dominican islander,if i ever hear from you again im gonna have your family deported.Her family has paper work, however her father dosnt.Any way.I said ill have your family deported and if iI run into your new lover im taking his.******* kidney with me.I know its harsh but i was so hurt by what she said it was the only way i felt i could hurt her back.Now that i feel i got even.Everyones telling me im an ***.She broke my hart.she was my first love i cried every holiday.What do you think went through her mind that day?

Im asking because i made wine with fruit juice and bread with plenty of sugar just as an experiment and it actually fermented into wine!

I have a copper barrel in which i boiled kiwi and orange pulp with peels and added yeast and sugar to the solution i let it cool down and added a good amount of raisins to it to make a typical homemade wine put it in the copper barrel and sealed it. However i let it sit for about two weeks i released the pressure lid and gave it a bit of a sample and it taste very good BUT more like Champagne. I would, like to make a regular dry kiwi wine without the carbonated solution in it any help?
