It gets big at night then in the morning it shrinks.

What could this be?

It's not noticeable to the naked eye but when I feel it the lump is there.

I'm trying to play League of Legends and my FPS, ping are good but I'm Lagging so hard and I disconnect. I've tried speedily which helped so much but my trial version's over so anything I can do to reduce or stop packet loss completely?
