The building is not built yet and I was wondering if it is a downside to have a hotel/condo building.

Does it bring down the price of the condo?

I have a long story but I am going to try to keep it short. So I met this girl 4 years ago (I was 17). We ended up being perfect. To keep it short, we were both happy always. Recently, in September she started hanging out with old friends. She would go out and hang with them till 2 am. And I would get angry and pissed. She would invite me to come but i am not really a night owl. Then she met his guy in January. She breaks up with me 2 weeks ago and couple weeks ago she tells me she doesn't love me as much anymore and she has feelings for someone else and said she needs time. I said okay. Couple days later when things cooled i went back to her and fought for her back. We got back together for a couple days and she breaks up with me again saying its not fair to me. I am like wtf? I asked if shes seeing someone else. She said no, shes on pause now and she needs time to think. What does that mean? She says she needs time to think things out.

Please help me, What do I do? What does this mean? We saw eachother couple times when she was on break and we made-out and she said we still got chemistry. It gets more complicated but that is the general idea of my problem.

I am currently in my 3rd year studying kinesiology in Canada. I want to become a physiotherapist and I plan on applying to Canada and Australia. Canadian schools are very hard to get into. You need at least a 3.86gpa out of 4 for last 20 courses to be considered. I want to increase my chances of getting in. In addition, I head Australia has the best programs for physiotherapy. Which schools are best for me to apply to in Australia? My mark is currently around 3.78ish out of 4. Which schools are best for Canadian students.

I live in a middle class neighborhood; However, two blocks away there is the project/ghetto part of the neighborhood mixed in with the rest of the middle class. There are always police in the ghetto part because they get domestic calls and drug calls. Now, all those bad people from that part of neighborhood come into the middle class and do there business. Especially in front of my house because i live on a crescent and its best place to hid from the police. I have seen countless drug deals, I have walked home and smelt weed from groups of people who park their cars and take smoke breaks around the crescent. They come in middle of night around 12am-4am and play loud music and laugh speed around the crescent. They also litter the place with food wrappers and ****. Sometimes I hear voices outside and look out window and see 4 to 5 cars parked side by side as a person goes in and out of other cars. RIGHT NOW this mother fucker is playing loud music. If i call the police they wont do anything. They just probably got small amount of weed or little drugs that cops don't want to waist there lazy asses to bust. I want to go out and tell them off but my neighbors have tried that and it doesn't work. They just stare and laugh.

What should i do?

I need to build my resume and increase my experience for my application to a Masters program in Physiotherapy. Since high school, I have mainly volunteered for events like Marathons and little things and I am also currently volunteering at a hospital.

For the coming spring/summer, I am wondering what is best for building a resume. I have never had a job before where i get paid. Money is not really a issue for me.

I do not want to get a job serving people at a restaurant, i want a job in my field of study but that is not easy and its VERY competitive. They want people with job experience and that can speak French.

My question is, when someone is looking at your resume for graduate school, what do they like to see?

Research experience? Volunteering? Paid jobs? Or all three? Which has more value.

My relationship with my girlfriend is perfect, i love her a lot and she loves me too. We are both 18 years old and have been dating for 9 months without parents knowing. The only problem is that our families are enemies and they hate each other. My mom hate her and her family, and her family hate my family and me. Its getting very ruff dealing with it, its very hard to deal with something like that.

I got ultra sounds on my kidneys and they spotted two 5mm kidney stones. It feels kinda uncomfortable, not painful at the moment. Im 17 years old, very unusual for someone my age. My next doctors appointment is in February.

Does anyone know if its going to come out randomly, without knowing. If so how does it work? Is it like all of a sudden pain? and how long? When is mine going to come out?

I think this because they will just reject whatever you say and just enforce on one thing and that thing only, they will not take anything else inconsideration nor will they back anything up with relevant evidence. Now not all americans are brain washed but i am saying maybe some.

I am Canadian but i have noticed this while interacting and observing this within there society and mindset, there just so close minded

First off i am in high school with 80 average in everything but math......I'v been doing non-stop math Homework for about 3-4 hours a day and still my parents and teachers are saying i need to study and study and practice harder!!!! how much harder can i practice ****. I failed my test after studying and doing everything single ****** math problem in the god damn text book. I get home and do

math homework from 3-7pm and dont have time for other stuff..... then i get my quiz back or test and my ****** teacher tells me i need to do more homework and study more, he thinks im the losers who smoke weed and watch T.V all day. Im in university grade 11 function with a 60% i had a 82% in math last year. i actually liked math in the past but now its one of my most hated subjects. im really stressed out and angry. Whenever i walk into the class i feel sick and i just want to leave and go home. Last unit i understood the material perfectly.. their was no chance i was going to get lower then a 70% i knew all the quadratic/Distance/Speed/Time world problem/ Borderline problem all that stuff, i knew better then the back of my hand...spend hours a week doing them world problem... then after the test i get a ****** 50%.

All that hard work for what??? i could of been studying for biology or something else, thus increasing that mark for that class other then wasting my time and still doing bad

I got my Hunting and firearms license recently and iv been hunting for 2 years now, by the way im 16 years old. So lately i been randomly getting ringing ear sometimes in my right ear and sometimes in left. And sometimes one ear just goes blank and i cant hear anything out of that one for a while. Im assuming its from the loud shotgun while hunting for duck and geese. i only use earplugs for trap shooting.

Any suggestions?

So my gym teacher keeps asking to me join Rugby, its been two years hes been asking me because i workout a lot and i am fairly muscular. This year i am in senior and sign ups are tomorrow, i am really busy with school/working out/ and soccer thats the main reason im not joining... should i join?

Im in grade 11 and so far first semester i got 86% in Chemistry 81% in Physics 79% in English and 84% in Anthropology.... my second semester i got math which i got so far 70% which is bad and over 80 in bio...... what average do i need to get accepted into UBC HK program, Ottawa University HK or another for grade 11 and 12? The websites say mid 80's but i would like to back that up by other peoples experience....
