  • Does anyone ever ask a question?

Does anyone ever truly ask a question that doesn't try to insult someone else? I understand the concept of faith and beliefs. Or for the Atheists the lack of. Aren't we allowed to believe as we choose? And without others condemning us for doing so? How I chose to believe does not affect you personally, hell you don't even know me! Yet some of you out there (Christians Pay Attention Here) seem to think we will end the world. My suggestion to you all, get over yourselves and worry about yourselves and your own lives and leave the rest of us alone. Christians who don't fall into this category please disregard. Atheists, I may not agree with your beliefs. But I do respect it!!!

  • Differences between the christian and Jewish bible.?

In the Christian bible Moses was basically a vessel for God. In the Hebrew bible, he was a warrior/leader. As a christian he lead the slave Israelites out of egypt. In Hebrew the Israelites were not slaves but laborers who were paid and treated quite well. In the christian bible Moses was a savior. In Hebrew he basically was a tyrant who even killed his own people. And ordered the murder of women and children.

So my question is this. Which interpretation is right?

Oh and just a side note. No matter which way is correct. It is teaching like that that make me glad to not follow either version. One book shows most of the original leaders as blood thirsty, power hungry screw-balls. And the other proves to be so full of lies that it's religion is a farce.

  • It is that time of year again?

The holidays are rolling around again. Soon people will be putting trees in their house and decorating them. Hanging lights outside there house and preparing for Christmas. While their doing this, people of other faiths will try to express their faith and religious choices. And there will be those who will do whatever it takes to destroy it for them. So here is my question. If this country is based on the concept of religious freedom, (Or lack of for my atheistic friends) then why do we find it necessary to attack and condemn them for their individual choices. If we no matter what religion we practice, are secure in our choices and what awaits us when we leave this mortal coil as it were. Why then must we tear down, insult, and try to disparage others due to something as simple as a different of faith? I know this will receive some negative answers and I look forward to those as it helps me identify those with no real intelligence and it gives me something to laugh at. But for those who answer this with honesty and intellectually. I welcome your opinions
