I'm looking for songs in the heavy metal or heavy rock genre and would like specific songs not just bands.

I just don't understand the reasoning behind it? Why does building muscle have anything to do with reducing body fat percentage?

How can I get rid of the Seborrheic Dermatitis around my mouth on my face. I have tried everything that has been recommended to me and have spent hundreds of dollars on different products and dermatologists. Somethings such as hydro-cortisone cream and anti-dandruff shampoo help the flakes but have a burning feeling when I put it on and leaves a worse red patch like a burn. Anti-fungal creams help a bit but nothing gets my skin to a point where I actually not embarrassed of it. Have I been mis-diagnosed, I feel like everything makes it worse. I used Jurlique soothing herbal recovery and it flared up and turned into an oozing extremely painfull mess for a few weeks ad had made it worse that it has ever been and now ever since then I can't get it under control. It's actually making me depressed.

In regards to weather would it be better to stay in Koh Samui/Koh Pha Ngan/Koh Tao in October or November. I plan do go diving in Koh Tao approx the 18th-22nd of October or the 19-23 of November. Which would be better and why?

I'm a massive Sludge Metal and Baroness fan. I fell in love with Baroness the first time I heard their music. First, Second, Grey Sigh in a Flower Husk and Red Album instantly pleased me but I'm really having trouble warming up to the new Album, Blue Record. Is it just me that feels this way?

I listen a lot of metal, particulary a lot of doomy, down tuned droney, sludgey metal with a lot of distortion and feed back and of course I like to listen to it loud. So what would be the best type of head phones for me to use. I don't want huge big chunky ones either.

I went dirt biking for the first time about a month ago and copped a few foot pegs into the back of my calfs and got some pretty bad bruises about the size of my hand. They've faded a bit now but there is weird hard lump type things where there were bruises as if the muscle has gone hard or something. What is going on? Is this normal?
