  • GeForce 8800GT overheating?

I have a GeForce 8800GT, and it seems to be overheating quite a bit lately. On the desktop it sits at 69 degrees C, and using Folding @ Home nvidia client (the most intensive program for the GPU on my PC) it ran up to 91 degrees yesterday, today I'm running 98, the fan is at 100% constantly and I suspect I'm cooking the thermal gel, are my suspicions correct? The card is almost brand new, factory overclocked but I had it up to 720/1775/980 for a while. Stock heatsink (AFAIK). However it has been getting pretty warm around here lately so maybe its just the warm air.

  • PC refuses to boot?

I just swapped video cards in my older PC for a 6600 O/C (6600GT just froze all the time, and I didnt want to make the huge jump down to an FX5200, which works just fine) and something went horribly wrong. I have an ASUS A7V133 KT133a with the 636B southbridge. I've removed video cards, RAM, expansion cards, etc. and nothing helps. Basically whenever I press the power button it turns on, gives me a nice 1 or 2 second beep, then shuts off. Power supply is brand new, and before the 6600 it worked flawlessly. When I pulled the 6600 back out I noticed it had a slight curve so I'm hoping I didnt kill my motherboard. Any help here? There's nothing about a single long beep in the manual.

  • How much speaker wire?

How much speaker wire will I need for a 1990 Ford Mustang? This is a more complicated question than people think. I am going to be running two amplifiers, one 2-channel for kick panels under the driver's seat, and one 4-channel for front and rear components under the passenger seat. That's connecting 6 speakers, two in the doors, two in the dash, and two for the rear sides. I'd prefer answers from people who either have a fox body mustang, or people who have done something similar to the same generation mustang.

I would guess around 50 or 60 feet would be sufficient.

Also, how much wire would I need to replace the wires between the following? (big 3, I'll be using 0 gauge for these wires)

    Battery - to chassis

    Engine/transmission to chassis

    Alternator to Battery +

    Thank you for any help.
