Hatred

She's almost four years old, a pit bull and Australian Sheppard mix. I live in south dallas and there is quite a bit of excitement around her especially over the weekends. Recently there are around three to seven gun shots coming from my street and my dog is going insane. She literally starts shaking and cowaring while running to find a place to hide. At this moment I just got back from church and am trying to get some Loren rest so we are laying on my bed while a few shots just went off, she is now huddled next to me shaking with fear and ears perked. How can I help ease her anxiety? It's a sad sight to see her tremble like this.

Am I the only one who truly believes it's all bullshït? It makes no sense. Physically it's not possible. How can someone have a physical reaction to a noise? Sounds don't do that you morons. Whatever you're experiencing it's psychological, you don't feel anything on the surface it's all an illusion in your head. A placebo effect. I can't stop laughing at these idiots who claim it's real.

I'm a 23 yo male and ever since i had my first beer and first bottle of liquor (whiskey and vodka) and I was around 14 when I tried them. I did it a few times at parties but that was it. Even to this day i don't enjoy drinking, I'll try to drink with my buddies, or when I'm on a date. But I honestly hate the feeling of being intoxicated. I'm already an outgoing and confident man, so drinking doesn't make me more social or cocky. It doesn't make me feel anything besides helpless, Bc if something happened while I was inebriated then I wouldn't be able to protect myself or evade the dangerous situation. Here are recreational substances I've enjoyed but only did on the occasion (weed, coke, ecstasy, and opioids) but it's been about 8 months since any of that has been in my system.

My story isn't too uncommon but I was born with my amygdala underdeveloped; that causes me to not experience empathy, remorse, guilt, and for the most part love. I want someone to explain the pros and cons of being able to care for other on a daily basis. Is empathy ever helpful? To me it seems hindering and a burden to have.

I just want to find a girl with normal fking eye brows. News flash, men don't like all that makeup and fake bs. Sure some is good, like mascara or eye shadow, but if you have to worry about how you'll be seen without makeup chances are you're ugly and know it.

I hate the fact that she does drugs, but i she's an adult and I can't force her to stop even though I've taken them away. How can I convince her to drop it?

Every time I get a girlfriend I am really enthusiastic at first. The first few weeks are amazing and I have a good time. Then I have no interest whatsoever and the girl becomes meaningless to me...I pretty much hold them with contempt and disgust after a few weeks.
