I have my cell phone under my ex finances account and he used to pay it for me but now won't tell me how much my bill is. I don't want him to continue paying it so is it possible to switch my number over to be under my name only? Or will I need permission from him and access to the account? He won't give me any info on it so that is why I'm trying to see what my options are.

I had a root canal done many years ago and it's now re infected. My cheek got swollen half my face got numb and i was in horrible pain. I went to the dentist ASAP and they gave me antibiotics. They helped a lot but the swelling is slowly starting up again. My dentist sent me to an specialist and I have my appointment Thursday. I'm curious about what my options are... Will they just re do the root canal? Or can the tooth just be pulled... I really don't want to have a root canal again. I've read so many bad things about them and the tooth where they did the root canal is barely anything... It's super thin and almost nothing left... So thin I can see it darker cuz of the filling (don't have a cap on that tooth). I will be paying for this out of pocket so that's also really concerning cuz I have no clue how much I'm looking at spending... Hundreds? Thousands? Any info or suggestions will be helpful... I work full shift til 12:30am and then have to come back at 5:30am so I have a 5 hour between time... Not counting the hour it takes to get home and then come back. People have been telling me it's not legal so now I'm curious. Thanks! Live in ca if that helps.

My sweaters are starting to look very old and used after just a few months. I wash them cold and dry in medium heat. The color also looks faded. I use tide with febreze. Anyone have any tips on how I can make them look decent again?

I have a debt that I cannot pay at the moment and if I try to make payment arrangements they dont want to work with me. They have gone as far as constantly contacting my family members and my workplace... I already called and told them that they cannot contact them. My work has already gotten upset with me because these calls keep coming in. I was wondering if I can send a cease and desist letter to the collection agency telling them to stop contacting my family and workplace. I dont care if they keep calling me just as long as they dont contact everyone else.

My landlord (actually its the building manager) asked to come into my apartment to take a look around to see what would need to be fixed once I move out. I gave my 30 day notice to the landlord and renting agency already. Can I say no? or am I supposed to let him come into my apartment. He wants to come see it tomorrow the 6th and I'm supposed to move out by the 18th. Its something I'm really not comfortable because its a new manager and I don't know him at all and hes not very friendly either.

Hi, I'm being charged $3,000 for an emergency visit from when I was pregnant. Back then I had medi-cal because I still wasnt eligible for insurance through my work. At that time I was told by my social worker that the medi-cal insurance would only pay for pregnancy related things, which was no issue at all. I had severe side pains one day when I was 6 months pregnant so I went to the doctor and he did an ultrasound and found nothing but told me I needed tests so to go to the emergency room. I ended up having nothing wrong other than this mysterious side pain that went away a day later. This was more than 2 years ago (my son will be 2 next month). I got a call from the hospital a year after the visit saying that I owe them $3,000. I never got a letter or anything other than that call. By the time I received the call I didn't have medi-cal anymore and the hospital said medi-cal denied the bill because its a year late and not pregnancy related. The billing person from the hospital told me that she would look into it and send me information if needed. I never received any other for of communication so I assumed medi-cal ended up paying for it. Now a year after that phone call, I checked my credit report and apparently its in collections and was put into collection 2/1/2012.... so just very recently. I haven't even received any form of notices telling me I owe this money. This is 2 years after the hospital visit.

Is there anything I can do? And can I even fight it still since I am not on medi-cal?

Is it possible to get chlamydia or gonorrhea without my boyfriend having cheated on me? we've been together for 6 years. He does smoke weed from a pipe all the time with different people, is it possible to be from that?

I work and go to school and my sons dad doesn't do anything or have a means for supporting our son but I am busy a lot with work and school and I'm afraid he will try fighting me for full custody because of that and I'll have to pay him child support. I'm worried he will get win if the judge looks at it as a who is with him the most time thing. Help.

I work at Kohls and always see people using coupons for $10 off 20 or 30 and $10 free gift coupons. Where do they get them from? And please don't say eBay because I don't want 20 of them... I just want one. If it is the newspaper, which one? And where?

I have orientation for a new job. Problem I just realized I wrote down Tuesday the 25th... today is Sunday the 24th... I don't know if i should go Monday or Tuesday? I can't call to find out because its Easter Sunday today and the store is closed and orientation is at 8am... before the store is even open. What should I do?

I use prefolds only and have never been able to get them sun bleached. I live in an apartment. So the past 4 times I've washed them I hang them to dry in the window when the sun is coming in but it doesn't seem to be working and they end up very stiff. Could it be because of the window? Also how long does it take because they only get sun for 1 or 2 hours before the sun switches directions from the window. Thanks.

I have a Olympus E-500 Evolt 8.0 megapixel camera. The part that reads the memory card broke. One of the little metal sticks got bent and now it doesn't read the memory card. Would this be expensive to fix?

I just started cloth diapering and I like the method of folding the diaper and using a snappi to close (i think its called the angel wing)... I like that method because its less bulky but my diaper covers get wet on the flap on the inside. You know the pocket on the front where you can tuck the front of the diaper in if you're folding it in thirds? I hope you understand what I mean. Is this just what happens or can I prevent it? I have to use a different cover every time because that part gets wet.

I'm planning a luncheon wedding reception at my fiances grandmothers house but obviously I dont want it to go on all day. We're doing the lunch reception to save money and because we dont want to deal with the neighbors complaints about music going on late. So my question is if I put on the invite say like from 12pm to 4pm would people get the hint to leave around that time? since it is a house and well we would stay to clean up obviously. I dont want to have people staying past the lunch and then have to go last minute to buy more food to accommodate for the guests staying past the luncheon... anyone have any thoughts or suggestions or think it will be fine if i just put the times on the invites?

My mother in law gave me a pack of 2 g diapers but no inserts.... I wanted to know if anyone can give me the measurements of the cloth inserts for them so I can make them myself. Also, Can I make them out of like a towel fabric and then flannel on top? Or can I just use those flat diaper/burp cloths made by gerber as the inserts? thanks!

fyi, I dont use cloth diapers so I just want to try these out and see how it goes.

Every wedding I've gone to and at my baby shower, guests take the centerpieces... I dont want this to happen at my wedding because the centerpieces will the vases and paper flowers that I want to use in my new home. How can I keep this from happening and why do people take them to begin with?

PS: my centerpieces at my baby shower we're piggy banks that said "baby's diaper fund" on them and people took them with the change (putting change in them was part of a game) in them and everything!

Where can I find a free or inexpensive diet plan I can follow?
