For the last few months ive been working Mon-Fri weekends off. My shift was suppose to change sometime soon but I figured id at least good notice, like a week but at least a 2 days or so but anyways this is what happened... About 4 hours before my shift ends on a Friday night my manager tells says You will be working Sat Sun and have Mon Tues off. Now my issue is i had plans already for my days off plus already worked my 5 days. So id be working 7 days in a row plus had no notice.. like I said I had plans that really couldnt be changed.. im really not one to complain but isnt that pretty bogus!!??

So heres the deal. Sitting in park the other day with the car running just listening to music... maybe for about 30 min. The car dies.. I get a jump it started up then died as I left it in park to go grab something. Jumped again!! I got it in drive and it was fine. Drove it around for a bit. Shut it off started it back up fine.. the next day I start driving as soon as I stopped at a stop sign it died again. Jumped it started. But wanted to die. Went out today it started. Im guessing its going to die so I didnt drive it. Alternator???

I have a 2004 Impala 3.4. I was driving along one day and all of a sudden the check engine light started blinking. It has been ON for a while now (yeah should have gotten it fixed, funds are low) but now its blinking. The car shakes too, I know its a misfire but what could be the cause? I also have STRONG raw fuel smell inside and outside of the car. The local mechanic read my codes and first he said it sounded like a fuel injector problem but now he is saying both my O2 sensors are bad and the Cat. converter is bad. He doesn't do muffler work so I see no reason for him to lie about the converter, but still curious if that sounds about right?

The car is a 2004 3.4 Chevy Impala. Last night i went to start it up and it would not start at all.It makes the noise like its about to start up but just wont start. I noticed if i pump the gas pedal and turn the key the car will start and i get the VROOM noise as i rev the engine, but as soon as i take my foot off the pedal the car slowly powers down and shuts off. I could drive it around but say I get to a stop sign and stop, the car will shut off. Im thinking fuel pump?? but not sure...

So we went out on the town last year did it big you know, so this year im thinking either i cook her fav dish for her (she gets home at around 6) candle light and all when she walks in or i just got an idea maybe this weekend we both go to the store and i pick her fav dish to cook and she cooks my fav food and we do it together on Vday. What do you guys think?

just yesterday i passed my emssion test no problem...now today my car is blinking check engine..im aware this is a serve problem ..does anyone know what it could mean and why it happend one day after my emissions passed..did it have to do with that?? weird

thinking of buying a tv...any tv experts which one would be better. a 42 inch 1080p 120hz lcd or a 47 inch 1080p 60hz lcd....both the same brand. the 47 inch is 50 bucks more but its bigger but the 42 has a better refresh rate. will i really be able to tell the diff in refresh rates or should i just go for the big one..i watch football play games sometimes and watch all types of blurays

i changed my trans filter on my 04 impala because the ATF was brownish but now my freakin trans wont barly even go... i put the right amount the fluid in and when i drive it it reverses just fine and easy but i put it in drive and it revs but barley goes anywhere.. i mean i can drive it down the street but it just sounds terrible like im goin to burn out the trans or something so im afraid to drive.. anyone help me out?? i cant believe a simple filter change can ruin the whole trans i must have done something wrong
