  • How long do you wait before you upgrade a wedding ring?

We'll be married 3 years this July. The ring I have now is lovely, multiple small diamonds, but they are very small and the entire ring only cost 250. It was great at the time, he just got out of basic training and I was in college, we didn't have much income. Now I look at everyone else's ring and see big diamonds in the center. I heard a long time ago that a man should spend what he makes in 6 paychecks on a ring. Is this selfish? Should I maybe go ahead and do it on my own?

  • can you leave cooked pasta in water?

I just cooked some noodles for a quick dinner but I got delayed and really have to go to a meeting. I don't want to drain them, package them, refrigerate and then heat up an hour later. Is it ok just to leave them in the water that I boiled them in? For an hour or two?

  • New Eyeshield 21 anime?

Just wondered if there is word if they will continue the series now that the manga has been over for almost a year now. I tried searching animenewsnetwork.com but it's tiring searching through all those links. I will accept any gossip.

  • What's the hourly wage for a LVT in New York State?

I'm recently graduated from college, just got my license, and I'm going to a lot of job interviews soon. I would like to know a good hourly rate or salary is common for a Vet Tech, not taking into consideration benefits or raises.
