Why is it only a very few people other than myself realise the democrats in the Senate were representing illegal immigrants and their interests rather than the interests of the constituents that elected them?

How do people not realise the executive orders that were defended by Senate democrats did not benefit U.S. citizens as they applied to illegals?

How do people not realise those executive orders were, in fact, contrary to national security as they applied to people that would do harm to the U.S. as they benefited them?

...Why don't people realise the obstruction by Senate democrats was in no way representing the interests of their constituents???

An eccentric man has cashiers checks drawn to himself instead of keeping it in a bank or having cash. the man keeps just enough money in his account to keep it open. the man lists his brother as the POD beneficiary. the man dies. the man has no will, no wife, no children and thus his estate passes to his parents. the cashiers checks are lost. after 90 days the funds are set to reverse. who gets the funds once the 90 days passes? the parents or the brother?

Im having trouble finding the law as written concerning the permissable use of another persons firearm for self defense/personal protection. in utah, is it legal for a person that can legaly own and use a firearm to use somebody elses to protect the actual owner of the firearm and others within the owner of the firearms domicile/home? i am having trouble understanding if the law specificly states its legal/ilegal, if its indirectly stated or what? i.e. somebody unlawfuly enters a persons home is it lawful for a person visiting or renting to grab the Home owners firearm and use it in a case where the person who unlawfuly entered has a firearm.

Im looking to put a wolff 20# recoil spring with a canyon creek tungsten guide rod in a springfield armory xdm40 and was wondering: are the parts compatible? what about shooting 135 gr.? also looking to do the 9mm barrel swap with a 16# recoil spring. anybody have any idea about the compatiblity of wolff springs and CC tungsten guide rods? and a tungsten guide rod with 16# spring in the xdm with the 9mm barrel?

Im looking into building a small block producing 500hp and 8000rpms and was wondering if high lift(.650) and low duration (.235) hydraulic camshafts are okay for the valvetrain if the rockers and springs are beefed up? i know a solid would work but i dont know if hydraulic camshafts will. also, would it work for my hp&rpm goals? what risk is there to the camshaft from the beefy valvetrain? its for a ford build similar to a 332.

If you had to stay within a certain amount of cubes and the cost difference of the two builds was nothing to care about would you choose less weight for the rotating assembly or longer rod? why? the weight savings on the shorter rods is 150-220 grams and the longer rods put the rod ratio at 1.91 compared to 1.78.

Im looking into getting a cougar for a pet and was wondering which states are the most flexable when it comes to owning exotic pets like cougars. i know some states only allow breeders and exhibitionists(zoos), but which ones allow permits for exotic pets and what are the requirements. Im also looking into moving to another state.

Ive been wondering about having an exotic pet and havent been able to find information on how to get them. im interested in pumas(moutain lions) or another big cat(smaller than a lion or tiger). what about wolverines or sun bears?

Anybody have personal experience with higher rod ratios? like what the difference is between a ford 306 with the 1.7 RR or 1.8(5.4 rods)? or 1.79-1.90 RR? personal experience would be more appreciated.

Im curious how much the intake and exhaust ports of the gt40x heads can be ported. how big can they be opened up to(cc)? also, whats the biggest valve sizes you can use/ how big can they be machined to? 2.02,2.05? i cant find the information on the net or from phone calls.

When i was a teenager, me and a couple friends were stealing a car when a police officer pulled up behind us and the car. he calmly got out of his squad car and, pollitely, with cheer, began talking to us and helping us use the coathanger to unlock the car. we were kinda freaked out at first, then, when we were in the car and the police officer drove away, we laughed and laughed and laughed till we began to worry the owner of the car would hear us and come out to see what was happening. could the police officer have been charged as an accessory if we got caught and explained the circumstances?

What do you think about being able to purchase community service and pay fines,court costs, and other exspenses in advance? i have a thought about accounts being opened that people can deposite sums of money to purchase 'blocks' of community service, use for fines,court costs,bail and be transferable(from person/party to person/party). heres an example: somebody puts $200 into an account where they could convert the funds to 10hrs($50) community service and a $150 fine. if somebody has an account with $2000 and somebody they know gets fined and has to pay court costs, the person who has the account can transfer the sum to the other persons court account to pay their fine and court costs. management fees for the accounts plus any interest resulting from managing would go to the local goverment. similar to a bank account or trust without being able to withdraw the funds and funds must be spend on legal costs/fees/fines/bail.
