If I applied for a work VISA in the United States, would my employer be able to pay completely for my VISA and plane ticket into the country? Or would I legally have to pay any money towards the VISA myself as some kind of requirement?

I tend a be a lonely person and I'd like to change that, and I'm told that what I need is people.

I like chatting and all but I tend to loose interest and go cold for days, and I get the feeling people loose interest in me because I disappear for long periods, I'n which I just retreat to the quite of the things I like doing, like drawing, animation and such.

Anyways, I want to get more involved but don't know how to motivate myself, and simply saying I want to get out there is just not cutting it. So if anyone has something for me I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm prone to jealousy and being envious.

But why? Why every day can I wake up, enjoy my morning and on the way for a stroll to the shop see a friend with a brand new something, and just automatically feel envious?

When I log onto facebook to chat with my brony friends and hear that one of them got an amazing artwork done for them and look at the artwork and just think: "He is so lucky, nobody will ever do that for me, why does nobody care to do that kind of thing for me?"

When I see people around me living their lives in a seemingly perfect sate, I just wonder why the **** I can't just spend a single day not worrying about my future, and if I will be as happy and succesful as others are.

I am able to contain the emotions well, they don't rub off on my friends at all, but now I need to find in myself how I can erase this constant torment.

So sometimes me and my GF like to make out and stuff when her parents aren't around if I'm at her house or if we are hanging out someplace. But she tends to rub up against me causing me to get a little exited. But I don't want her to be weirded out or anything and I don't want things to get awkward.

I have tried thinking of something else but it doesn't work. And I don't want to think of something disgusting like some people suggest, because I obviously don't to put myself completely off you see.

So what can I do to hide/stop/prevent getting a ***** when close with my girlfriend?

About 3 weeks ago my girlfriend started reading the Twilight Saga books and now she keeps trying these weird vampire romantic acts and being all like role play over the phone. Im 100% certain that it's the books fault. Kissing and stuff is ok but I don't know how to do all these romantic suggestive things.

Now my question is what do I do? I mean why does she even read it, shes only 15 and im 16. What do I say when she keeps like, trying to play me like her damn book. I love her to pieces and don't want to say anything directly.

How can I subtly avoid her when she gets like she does? Or what can I say. She just gets so.. you know... Gah! I hate that stupid movie... book thing.

So I decided that it's hard lugging my Galaxy Tablet around and that I need a simple phone. So what should I go for? Xperia V or Galaxy S4 Mini?

So here I am with an appalling internet connection, and anyone who plays Second Life will know that if your sitting on a 1mbps internet line, that only reaches about 60kbps, its impossible to play :\

But I was thinking... I have 8 Terabytes of hard drive space.

Is it possible, by any means, to cache any location data to my hard drive?

Thus making areas load MUCH faster.

If anyone knows if this is possible and how to do it, please let me know.

Or even if you have ANY other tips on speeding up my SL gaming experience.

So here I am with a crappy internet speed trying to download a torrent.

Every now and again I get a good speed but then it goes down again, and I see this is because my PC is doing various updates and whatnot.

Now I need an easy way to block/stop/pause/hold ALL of these things just so I can download the torrent so all the speed is devoted to the torrent download.

Anybody have any ideas?

I am looking to be able to split the sound I'm getting from Skype calls to my headphones and the split the sound I'm getting from my media player to my speakers.

Simply because whenever there is a voice in the music it is the classic Vinyl Scratch voice, but that could be a voice actor. She/he never states weather he/she is a she or a he, nor does she give away her contact details, obviously.
