I am a size 4 in women what would I be like a 28 in mens plz help?

This is really weird ( I've googled it and basically nothing came up so hopefully some of you will shed some light) okay so is it like a thing when you don't connect yourself with your image ( if that makes any sense). So you look at yourself you know you're looking at yourself like that's you in the mirror it's just like it doesn't click it's you, it's just someone else. So I've basically changed Everything about myself every 6 months for about 7-8 years (I literally turn into a different person it's really weird) is this a thing? Does it happen to other people? Being like disconnected from yourself. (I have no idea what to tag this sorry)
