Ok I had sex with this guy ive been talking to..& like an idiot I let him take the condom off.. A couple days later I get this mysterious discharge..so off to the do I went(thinking I had some bv or a yeast infection)..the doc checked me out & told me I had bv...gav me medz & told me she would b in contact if any std resulta came bak positive..the nxt day what do u kno she called me & told me I had chlamydia!!..wtf I was so shocked & freaked out I cried for like an hour..anyway she prescribed meds..I jus so happen to go out of town the next day & couldnt pick up my scrip :(..& my the state I was in woukd not take my insurance!..so I finished up my bv meds..an guess wht?..herd comes a yeast infection thanks to the antibiotics..I am beyond miserable!..ita been 2 Weeks & I sfill hav chlamydia & a couple days & I still hav a yeast infection..what should I do besides go to the er..im to embarrassed to tell my bf who I went out of town with.. &b4 anyone starts to judge me jus stfu & keep ur comments to urself I dont giv 2 ***** about ur opinion.my ques.. Is for mature woman who can giv me advice & help me out thanx:)

My goal is to gain 10 lbs..i am 154 now.. I already kno what I need to do to pack on the pounds but is it possibly to put this weight on as well as toning up?.. are their any special vitamins or something I should b taking to help me out?..any experience out there?
