  • Can you have chemistry with someone without actually liking them?

My friend and I are having an argument about this. I say if you don't like someone there shouldn't be any chemistry at all! 10 points

  • I got an Ethernet modem-router connection problem? Do i need a new router?

I have AT&T dsl and for about three years I haven't had any problems connecting my ethernet modem to my D-Link router until yesterday. It seems that the connection amongst the modem and the router isn't stable as the ethernet light on the modem lights on and off every 7 seconds or so. However, linking the ethernet cables from the computer to the modem directly works fine and as it gives me internet to ask this very question. Do you think it's time for me to get a new router or what? 10 pts thank you!

  • How Do I Figure Out Retained Earnings In This Question?

Gammon, Inc., declared dividends during the current year as follows:

•The current year's cash dividend on the 6 percent, $100 par value preferred stock. 100,000 shares were outstanding at the time of the declaration.

•A cash dividend of $.75 per share on the $10 par value common stock. 750,000 shares were outstanding at the time of the declaration.

Prepare the general journal entries to record the declaration and payment of these dividends, assuming the declaration is recorded directly to retained earnings.

I'm stuck trying to find out how to get the retained earnings. And don't tell me to go read the textbook because I did. 10 points to best answer.

  • Need Help With Anti Derivative?

    Need Help With Anti Derivative?

What is the anti derivative of the cube root of x?

20 Points if you answer correctly. I just asked the same question moments ago, so just answer this question and and my other same question...20 Points.

The book claims the answer is (2root3)/3*x^3/2+K but I don't know how it led to that.

  • Finding the second derivative? ?

I made a mistake on the last question I asked...

I'd like to know how to get the correct second derivative of (x^2+4)^3

I know that the first derivative is 6x(x^2+4)^2

But I don't get how the books says second derivative becomes 6(x^2+4)(5x^2+4)

If you can get it right, answer my other question (same question except I made a mistake the the minus sign instead of plus) and I'll give ya 20 points for the two questions
