I have never boxed before but have increasingly became more interesting in boxing. I am overweight...5'8 and 225 pounds. 3 years ago I lost weight and got down to 167 with the help of a personal trainer from bally's total fitness. I kept it off for 2 and half years. But within 6 months I gained all my weight back as I stop exercising and ate whatever and whenever I wanted. Now I want to get back in shape, lose about 65 pounds, get very fit and toned. Will boxing/crosstraining classes help me? Thanks!

They would also be a bunch of them on the ground as they had fallen. Every one called them 'Monkey *****' but I know that is not the real name. I have a now 5 year old Shih tzu name Bayley and every time I come home or he sees that I grab his leash to go walking, he gets overly excited, starts turning on around, then sneeze. When I come home, I call his name, "Hey Bayley!" he then goes overboard and run around the house, jump on couches, jumps on me, and if I pet him/rub his head, oh my God, he looses his mind, turns in circles, sneezes, run all over the house. I could never just grab the leash and attach it to his collar then we go outside walking. Noooo, he has to first rapidly shake his head, body, and tail as if he's wet or something, turn around his circles, sneezes and run around the house before we go walking. Is this normal behavior?

His mouth gets spread very wide open while his tongue hangs out as he pants at an accelerated pace, breathing really hard. He seems to have anxiety but he always wants to go for a ride. I just don't understand, it's not hot, and if it was I will have my air conditioner on while driving. Finally when we get back home he goes inside and lays prostrate on the floor or sideways. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
