After 14 years together, we have separated and I am trying to find out what my rights are.We bought the house 10 yrs ago.He is angry at me for having the police involved in a domestic incident (the first time for the police) He is thinking I should not receive any money from the property. I made half of the payments. He put down the down payment. Please.... ONLY serious replies and no sarcasm please.We live in Wisconsin. He is an alcoholic and with him it is always about the money. I am not trying to take all his money as he puts it, but trying to get my fair share.

She is a chihuahua/ min pin mix. She is in heat for the first time and she is being kinda weird. When she relieves herself out side, she has started to push the dirt over her feces and her urine, covering it. I have read up on dogs being in heat, but have not come across this. Is this normal and why is she doing this ?Thanks

My Hoover steam carpet cleaner will not suck up water. When I use the upholstery attachment ,then it will suck the water. I have tried taking the tanks off and realigning them. I took the top off where the brushes are and nothing is clogged . This is a little older model, probably about 6 yrs and the tanks are located on both sides. It will dispense water.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

The bird was a light brown, black dots on it's stomach,a black bib on it's upper breast and a small patch of red on the back of the head. I thinking of some type of woodpecker.It was a little bigger than a Robin.I live in Z--4 in Wisconsin.

I am growing brussel sprouts for the first time. The plant is big now and getting sprouts. I know that you are suppose to pick the lower leaves off, but are you suppose to take all the leaves off and just leave the stem with the sprouts on them?

Has anyone ever heard of this guy, or tried any of the potions in his book? His book is suppose to have a lot of different ways to get rid of moles in your yard. And different things to make your garden grow better.

I have a 3 yr old yucca plant( adams needle ) I am wondering if I can cut it back. Due to our cold winter ,the leaves are dead, it still has green in the center, so I know the plant has not died..Some one I know said they never do anything with theirs, it just comes back and gets green again. but it look bad.

What is the best time of day to find out what your true weight is ?I usually weigh less in the morning, but then at night,I seem to have put on some water weight.My weight is not consistantly the same every morning.

My daughter is 8 wks pregnant and is having terrible morning sickness. She says she feels fine when she first gets up, but after she eats breakfast, she gets really sick. I told her to try the crackers and water before she gets up ,but that doesn' t help either, she has gotten pills from her Dr. and that don't help either.

Her husband has a friend who does Acupuncture and he suggested a herbal remedy that you spread on crackers and eat before you get up in the A.M. This is her second pregnancy and she can't remember being this sick before.She works in the CCU as a R.N. and luckily they understand as she can't work when she is this sick. Has anyone ever heard of Acupuncture for nausea during pregnancy?

My daughter has a problem with her 4 yr old nephew on her husband side of the family, biting her 3 yr old. She is exasperated and does not know what to do. She and her husband have both talked to the child and his parents about it. They seem to think that my grandson should just bite him back, but my daughter is not for that.My grandson is getting tired of it too, he told his mom that the next time his cousin does this, he is gonna just punch him in the face, she is so tempted to let him do it,but knows that, that is not the answer either. My grand son is big for a 3 year old and the other child is very tiny. The parents of this other child don't seem to think it is a big deal.I know what I would do, but I would get thrown i jail for it.Any suggestions out there ??

I was listening to a talk show on the radio one day and someone asked about a tomato used just for making sauce because the tomato's we grow are a little watery.. The response was that there is a tomato out there called either, one by ten, or ten by one. I can't remember which. They use that because it hs more meat in it and doesn't take as long to cook down.

Do any of you know or have heard of this kind of tomato?

I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Can you watch soap operas on a computer? I know you can watch other programs but where do you go to watch a soap opera?Days of our lives being the one in question.

I was always taught by my mom to fill the pan of potatoes with just enough water to cover them,( that goes for any raw vegetables) ,but my husband always has to check to see how much water I put in the pan and if he thinks there is too much ,he will pour some water out so that only half of the potatoes are in water. He says it wastes energy to have that amount of water in them.Plus they don't cook as fast. I think he does it just to irritate me !

My Angel Trumpet is till blooming and It is Sept.30th.It is about 5 ft tall and has three stalks on it,would it be safe to dig it up for winter storage while it is still blooming ?It has alot of flowers coming on it yet.

I have a pink Angels Trumpet and was wondering when would be a good time to dig it up and put it in my basemen for the winter , it has really started to blossom now and has alot more flowers ready to open. I live in zone 4.

This is the second year that I have had it.It was small when I planted it.

I have a Sunburst Honey Locust tree and last year I noticed the leaves were being eaten. I looked closer and saw long worms on the branches,Some of them were almost an inch long, with bumps on them, kinda gray green, with a lillte yellow and there was a dark band around the end of the worm. There were no webs,no curling of the leaves, the worms were just eating the leaves and stripping the branches. I sprayed it last year with Malithion and it seemed to get rid of them, but now this year I noticed more worms If any one knows of a good website where I would be able to identify them , that would be great.

This is our second year for having asparagus, what time of the year will we see new sprouts coming up ? I just read on Arcamax gardening that they need to be cut down in the fall.

My stepson, who is a U.S. Marine told me that he recieved a CerCom award and there was an interview that tells of all his acomplishment's since joining the Marines. He was not able to elaborate on the subject due to not having enough time on the computer on ship.
