My Panasonic Lumix water/shock proof camera isn't taking any photos when you press the shutter button. Last time I used it it was funny for a bit like that but then started working fine. Now my boyfriend is in a remote scenic part of Italy and it's not taking any photos at all! I'm hoping someone has some advice for something that may help. I'm unsure if it's a focusing issue or if the shutter button itself isn't working. Any ideas would be great!

I know what she is, but I'm just wondering what people think she looks like, especially people from other countries, so maybe say where you're from too.

I'm making a card for my friend who had a stroke and "Get well soon" just doesn't seem to cut it. What's something better (short) that I could write on the front?

So I installed the newest msn update, the one where it drastically changed the msn look and layout, and I hate it and it makes my computer go way too slow, how can I go back to my previous version?

I want to buy a spare battery for my photo camera and my video camera (Panasonic and JVC). On Ebay they have generic brand ones for like $5, in camera stores they have generic brand ones for $150. That seems like a MASSIVE difference. Is it safe to assume the ebay ones wont work? And is there some place where I can maybe get batteries for a bit cheaper than $150? (Like ... should I be looking in camera stores, electronic stores, somewhere else?)

So I'm trying to find an example of that effect where you take little clips of people and they grab something from one side of the screen and bring it across to the other side and it's grabbed by someone else, and then it cuts to another person grabbing it in another location. Does anyone know what I'm taking about? And have a name for it, or a link to a video like it?

Like, wikipedia says "Oceania" and "Australasia" is actually only Australia, New Zealand and Polynesia, but I need something that includes Japan, China, etc as well. Doesn't have to be one word, just something easier to say than "Aust, NZ & Asia" :P

Me and my friends are going to Costa Rica in December for a volunteer program, and so have figured we probably want to spend some more time in the area afterwards on our own. So we're looking at spending some time in an extra country or two in January, but don't really know anything about the area at all. Like when you put your own photo/picture as an emoticon in MSN, and it makes it into a tiny little square, but then when you add other actual smilies that are bigger it keeps them bigger. Why is that? How can you make it so your ones come up bigger?

My computer needs a name. Why does my computer not have a name? I'm quite sure my computer feels naked without a name. But not so naked that I can be completely sure of it's sex. I'd be inclined towards male, but it's possible it is a particularly masculine female...

I think I'm on the "classic" setting. I have been looking and looking and I cannot find how to add people to the "favourite" thing down the side. It's really annoying having to click on "everyone" all the time and then scrolling through and finding who i want and stuff :S
