  • Is my PSU Overloaded?

I'm mixing songs in Adobe Audition. All of the sudden I've started getting these horrible static noises while playing what I'm trying to mix. I verified that it's not my headphones. Task Manager said that Audition's power usage was "very high". I think a lot of the static started after I began messing around with reverb effects, which I know can be hard on a computer. My PSU is 3 years old and says it can handle 550 watts. Is there a way for sure to know whether or not it's being overloaded? Maybe I should try allocating more ram to Audition? Any help would be very appreciated.

  • How do I transfer windows 10 to a different hard drive on the same computer?

I have windows 10 installed on a 256 gb drive... I know not the best idea. Well it's out of space now and rather than having a bunch of different drives to keep track of, I would much rather just have one. I bought a new 2 tb SSD and am wondering how to get Windows 10 onto it. If the only way is to buy another copy of windows that's ok, but how do I get the computer know that I want it to use that hard drive? I can disconnect the other one but I don't think the computer will know where to look. have tried using PCMover and EaseUS, and I have all my documents on the other drive, just not Windows itself. I can clarify information if you need me to, thanks!

  • How did the person in this video walk away so easily after being stung by a Box Jellyfish?

    VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fijd7CEF3N8

Box Jellyfish are supposed to be the most venomous creatures on Earth. If so, how did this person take a sting like it was nothing? Even though they treated him right afterwards, it still seems strange that he barley seemed nervous when faced with an animal that is said to have venom capable of killing 60 men. Are there certain types of Box Jellyfish that are less dangerous? Is the video fake? I just always thought that if you get stung by one of these you're probably dead, and don't understand how this was done so nonchalantly like it was nothing.

  • How do I safely bleach my esophagus?

So I have a cold right now and it's pissing me off. I would like to know how I can bleach my esophagus, and/or sinuses to remove any infection. As with any bleaching of one's internal organs, safety is my top priority. However please do not try to deter me, as I have already decided that this is the best course of action. Thanks!

  • Drawing letters in Adobe Illustrator?

I'm attempting to make my own font in Adobe Illustrator. I'm using the pen tool to make the letters. I'm having a problem whenever I draw part of a letter that would require you to pick up your pencil. I want the letters to be one continuous line, but the only way I'm able to make them is by putting a new anchor point directly over the old one, rather than adding to the old one.

  • If I build my own windows computer, how do I manage all of the device drivers?

I'm strongly considering building my own computer, and definitely want to run windows on it, but my dad (who is very good with computers) told me that I should just buy one because if I build one it would be a nightmare to keep track of all the device drivers. He has told me that if I just buy a normal dell computer, it would list all of the device drivers on dell.com and tell me when one of them needed to be updated. I'm hoping that someone who has built their own PC can tell me how they keep all of the device drivers updated, and what you would recommend I do.

  • Can you sue someone for knowingly putting you in a dangerous situation?

I'm doing a science project for school where we're doing a mock trial about the Wade dump. Basically, there was a fire at an illegal toxic waste dump, and a bunch of firefighters, not knowing it was a toxic waste dump, were exposed to dangerous chemicals while putting out the fire and many got very sick years later. I'm trying to prove that the firefighters got sick because of the chemicals, but it's difficult to prove that it wasn't just a coincidence that had nothing to do with the chemicals. What I'm asking is, even if they can't prove for certain that it was the chemicals that caused their illnesses, shouldn't the firefighters have been able to sue the company just for putting them in that situation without giving them any warning, knowing that they would be exposed to harmful chemicals? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Why do people like to post statements phrased as questions here just to try and challenge anyone who disagrees with their dumb opinions?

Examples: If global warming is real, why is it so cold in my refrigerator?

-If evolution is real, what is the evolutionary advantage to having my balls on the outside of my body, rather than on the inside where they'd be better protected?

    - Why are people who really think we went to the moon so blatantly stupid?

    - If Vegan Gains really cares about his cause, why has he never staged a protest at a Lady Gaga concert?

  • Good term paper authors?

I'm supposed to read two books by the same author over the summer, and then write a term paper about the books/author next year. I like fiction books, comedy, horror, fantasy, mystery, things like that. If anyone knows any good authors that write books like that (it would help if their books have "strong themes" or whatever) I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
