Height, probably about 5'2 and I'm 14 almost 15. I'd like to loose some fat on my legs do they look skinnier as because of my height they make me look stumpy. I'd like to loose a little weight on my stomach too. What are the best methods to do so and help me stay fit and healthy?

i was up town earlier today and i passed someone on the way to he bus stop for home and u was in a pretty down mood but this guy caught my eye and when i looked into his it was like the whole world and time had stopped and it was no one else but us, i had my music and i even couldnt hear that. something in me jumped in joy and suddenly i felt happy, not because he was nice looking but something else, i dont know why i feel like this? any answers??

i want to ask my mum if we can immagrate to the USA because i feel something Pulling me there plus i dont really feel happy in Scotland anyway. i feel as if there are more

oppertunities there too. and its probably better education too. what part would be nice to move to in america and what are some pro's and con's to try and persuade my mum? thanks

where it hurts it feel a little squigy. i'm 14 and my boobs aint that big so its not that but they do hurt a little, i'm 5'2 and weigh somewhere between 6.5stone and 7.5stone. i have a blocked nose and a sore throat also but it only started yesterday.

i had a dream last night about my ex boyfriend, we broke up like 3 weeks ago and i'm over him but not over the realationship if that makes sense..and we were on web cam with each other but he had to hide his camera from his grandpa, i dont know why and when we were on cams he was topless and wearing a cap.. anyone know what this could mean?

simce its the summer i'd like to try and loose weight for going back to school, i dont wear a skirt often because of my legs, theyre too big and i wear skinney jeans in school and out. i weigh about seven and a half stone or more and im 14 but i'm quite short say about 5'2 so i look quite overweight. i dont get out much because most of my friends live further away, already busy or just cant be bothered. and when i say legs, i mean every bit mostly my thighs and when i say stomach i mean every single bit, basically a close enough flat stomach. i cant really go to the gym because i dont have the time, but i could do some stuff in my room and things. i dont want to join any clubs and i'd rather not tell my mum what i'm doing but i could say that i would like to eat healthier which would probably work. sorry if this doesnt make sense but i tried my best :)

never mind the last question. i'm 14 and live in the uk, i'm pretty certain i have depression and it has been over 5 months now and i have been self-harming and feeling suicidal too. i really want help but i need to ask my dad. i dont want to tell my dad what for i just want him to know i need help and i want to see someone, who would i see? also, would they tell my mum or dad because they over react a lot and i dont want them to know. also, if my dad says okay what would the doctor/therapist/psychiatrist do or say, i'm nearvous that they will think i'm being silly or that they will judge me. help, please thankyou.

I'm 14 and I live in the UK. I am pretty much certain that I have depression. I'm constantly sad, I'm easily made angry or annoyed, I often feel hopeless and for the last few months I've self harmed on a regular basis.

There a lot of things going on in my life at the moment.

So, if I go to my GP and tell him/her i think I need help, will he/she contact my mother or will doctor/patient confidentiality apply?

Alternatively, if I tell someone in my school that I need help, will they contact my parents or even a social worker?

how can I come up with a believable excuse to hide I'm spending time with my boyfriend. One thing you have to know is that my mum is very protective and she likes to know where I'm going and who im with and stuff and she phones me regularly also, but I'm stuck now. My best friend is going to her boyfriends house and mine has asked me to take a walk down the park just me and him and usually I'd say to my mum I'm going a walk up town with *name here* and shed be like okay and she'd still call me regularly but now I'm stuck for excuses :\ please help!!

On Saturday me and my boyfriend have made plans to go a walk in the park because it's supposed to be a nice day and he says that he would like to kiss me, I'm okay with this by the way. Not like a peck because we already have but like a kiss with tongue and stuff. I'm 13 and none of us have ever kissed anyone like that before.
