As i m working in a company there are many motors..... it happened to me twice that motors got burnt... actually ill take only 1st case

first the motor was running on VFD it was a 0.5hp motor of a conveyor belt some how d VFD went faulty so i had to start d motor & i had no other option as there was no VFD in spares so i connected the motor directly with MCB of current rating slightly higher then motor current ratings....the motor terminals were connected in delta mode.... after some time the motor went faulty smoke came out of it..... can ny 1 tell me wat was d mistake... cant u connect d motor directly or should i hav changed d connection to star mode... plz help...

we were taking trial if motor is working or not so we connected d motor directly it also got burnt this motor was also in delta connection mode & previously it was running on VFD

I have activated airtel 3g & i have also activated the airtel gprs pack... but wen i use d net the symbol shown on my phone is 3.5G & not E. so i just want to know if m getting d 3G network & if yes then y d bal. is getting reduced frm gprs pack acct. & also the downloading speed is very slow average 9kbps...helppp

i have installed windows 7 in one drive & recently installed windows xp on other drive the problem is i m not getting any option to choose between the operating systems....& by default the windows xp is loading so now i cant use my windows 7.... Please help me to get my windows 7 running & i also want to know how to get the option to choose betn the two OS

my pc was infected with virus so i formated d whole hard disk & installed with a fresh new windows xp operating system but the sound driver is not getting installed wen i install realtek Aco97 it gets installed but dsnt show up in d driver list whenever i try to play any song in media player it says cant play file & says sound device may not be installed on ur computer or may b used by other program or may no be functioning properly plz help what should i do wat should i download.......

i m very much crazy abt english music but i like the songs which suits d music nt any kind of a song....

My most favourite songs are MY SAVING GRACE bY ATB , STEREO LOVE bY EDWARD MAYA.... I also like dj remix songs & mostly sung by female artists.. Can ny1 give me some lists of these kind of songs so dat i could download them also plz give me a site frm wher i could download them....
