  • Creedence Clearwater @ San Diego County Fair?

Did you go to their concert tonight? It was Excellent! Ripping guitars, leads, drums, everything was fabulous and I grew up with the originals being played all around, way back when...so...did you go, too?

  • Best places for riding in Ireland?

I'm hoping to go back to Ireland for a horseback riding trip this time (previous were general touring and exploring). Is there anyone that can recommend a place for an experienced but not advanced rider, longing for lush scenery, preferably near a lake or river trail. I'm planning to stay in one place for a week, with as much riding as possible, cross country is the plan but some arena is good, in addition to cross country (I think it's called hacking). Have been looking at the Irish Equestrian Holidays info but would like to hear of any personal experiences that would help in this decision! Thanks!!

  • What do you think of estranged aunt who takes orphaned niece away from a loving home?

Mother of adopted girl dies. Her sister, who had no contact with niece now nine and who wouldn't give her own suffering sister two minutes of her time, takes her niece "for her dead sister" "out of duty" "out of obligation". Child has no say, is denied access to the loving family she had because aunt is a control freak. The law says to child "too bad for you Cinderella, you're stuck with the guardian because of bloodlines." Unhappy kid even several years later. Any opinions on the matter?

  • What does this dream mean? Recurring, flying in airplane very low?

I used to have a terrible fear of flying. Over time, due to many many flights, I've become not only conditioned to flying in an airplane but now actually enjoy it. Since dealing with that fear and getting past it, I've had frequent dreams, maybe once every couple of months, where I'm in a passenger plane and it takes off, stays really close to the ground, and just flies a short distance like across a meadow or to another part of town. There are always a lot of other passengers and crew. Lots of commotion in all my dreams. I would like anyone to give feedback on what they think this recurring dream experience might mean. It seems like it should be obvious but I'm just not getting it. Thanks.

  • Can someone get a note from a psychiatrist saying that their small pet dog is a therapy dog for anxiety?

This allows the owner to take the dog wherever they want, including for free on flights, but they only do it when is convenient. In other words, how can that legitimately be considered a true service dog? Aren't they abusing the system?
