When I push Graphics on some Modern Games the picture shudders and I wonder if a lack of power (PSU) ends up causing this. From my understanding my GPU should easily cope with pushing while gaming.I run at 1650 x 960 res)

Any insight will be much appreciated.

Is there an easy way to convert avi.wmv.mpeg ,quicktime etc,video formats to DivX format that can be recognized by a DVD player (which recognizes this format only on recordables).

I am trying to have my ebay account paid with direct debit from paypal.I had set up automatic payments at beginning of march but my account still has not been paid.My ebay has been put on hold and my persistent requests to ebay and paypal have fallen deaf.

I received a generic email reply from ebay how to make a one off payment using paypal but the links dont seem to exist.

I fear money in my paypal account is going to be unretrievable and concern that if i try to pay another way that the money will be lost in electronic land and I will still owe money.

Is this a common problem with other people or just me?
