  • do owls hunt during the day?

The other day, my husband saw a big bird (about a 3 foot wing span) swoop in the yard. He told me to count my white chickens bc he saw it has something white. he saw it land in a tree about a 1/4 mile behind my chicken coop. We saw the white feathers falling, but it was not one of my chickens and no-one else around has any. So we think it might be an egret. Today we saw the huge bird in a nearby tree and through the binoculars, it definately looked like an owl. When it ate the egret or whatever it was, it was around 3:00 in the afternoon. So are there any owls thaat hunt during the daytime and are that big?? We live in Louisiana....

  • My dog caught a baby dove and it's wing is messed up.?

I don't think it is broken, just no feathers, so it is unable to fly. I put it in a cage with water and wild bird seed, but my husband said wild birds won't eat if in a cage. So does anyone have any advice?

  • $75. 00 poll. Pick 1-5?

Ok, I have stolen a towel from a hotel. For the first time in my life, I might add. I see that the hotel charged me a $75.00 fee.

My poll is what should I say when I call and dispute the charge, assuming that it is for the missing towel and roll of toilet paper, lol.

    1. Should I say I left it by the hot tub, because when I tried to use it, it was cold, so I dried my feet and went directly to the casino to meet my husband and did not feel like going back to my room. (happen to know that the hot tub was not on and cold)

    2. I accidently took it, because it must have been in the pile of dirty clothes, and am willing to mail it back. (i had to drive bout 140 miles, both ways)

    3. say i cleaned up a glass of red wine with it and figured they would throw it away, anyway, so I kept it.

    4. say I paid for the damned thing and just took it. spent over 2 grand in 2 days there.

    5. Have a better suggestion.

    Thanks for your input

  • Obama supporters ...?

How can anyone whom loves their family vote for him? His own grandma lives on a dirt floor. Yeah, he bought her a satelite TV, but he lives in a muti-million dollar home. His own half-brother lives in a hut for $12.00 a year.

How can you vote for him knowing these these FACTS?

Is not the sanctity of family above ALL else?

And does it not bother you that he is a major spokesperson for raising taxes so that we can give money to the poor, NOT only in our country but around the world.....

But he can not even give his own half-brother $20, so that he can have no living expenses for a year.

  • Barrack Obama can't even become a police officer in this country, because of his past associations. ?

So how is it possible for him to run the country? Should we not disqualify people with questionable backgrounds?

  • Conspiracy theory here..?

Hilliary did not have a chance of winning, until everyone in the country was made to feel sorry for her. She did focus her whole life on becoming the first female president. So is that why the dems selected someone completely inexperienced? They chose someone black because they knew it would draw out the masses of people, who never ever choose to get involved. In hopes that at the convention, the presumed electoral Obama votes will go for her?
