I've been awake for hours. My abdominal pain is similar to cramps but its in my upper stomach. The pain woke me up. After standing up and walking around a little it started to go away but I still took an advil just in case. When I lied back down again it bagan to hurt again. I'm sitting up and drinking water because I'm afarid to lay down until the pain is completly gone. My mind is racing because I have no clue what this could be.
