If I have a friend I need to drop off in an airport, can I help him get to the gate through an international terminal? I know getting a gate pass is a different story, but when I exit, do I have to go through customs or not?

Ok, so I have been accepted into 2 summer activities, I need to choose one because they overlap and I have to go to only one.

First, it's a one week summer camp to have fun and relax. By choosing this, I am able to volunteer and do community service which would look good on my college record(I'm a junior going to be a senior) Also, I will be able to get a job and make more money than the other choice.

Second choice: I got into a summer program at the Southern California Institute of Architecture for 4 weeks and I'll be there 9-5 monday to friday. It'll probably be the only thing I do this summer but it'll look great on college record.

Background info: The camp is for fun only, although we will do great projects and events. The summer program will teach me a lot. I don't really have a lot of community service but I do have extra-cirriculars.

I'm California and I am considering applying to colleges in Virginia, Texas, and Washington. If I attend a college/university out of my state, do I move? As in register to vote, driver license, car registration, tex, etc. I KNOW I cannot qualify for resident tuition, but do I have to go through that "moving" process?
