I know that in California your employer is required to offer you a lunch break if you work 6 hours or more. My question is, is the employee required by law to take the offered lunch break? If so, what statute says the employee shall take that break?

I have two brothers. One is from my Mother's first marriage, his father got custody like forty some years ago and I never met him until last year. As far as he knew his mother was dead. I grew up with my other brother. The brother I grew up with can be very unpleasant and he hates Mom. Nobody in the family has much contact with him (there are six of us). My Mother found him (my long lost brother) last year on Facebook and we have visited a couple of times now. He is awesome! My question is: Is it wrong not to tell my other brother about it? We haven't told him that we've been in contact with the lost one yet, and I'm struggling with it. What should I do?

Somebody told me that probiotics are helpful to "re balance" your system after you take antibiotics. Is there any medical research to support this statement?
