  • Boss fired me then charged me for something i didnt break?

I broke my thumb and my boss sent someone to come get my work truck and then fired me 2 weeks later for not being able to work. I live in MO so its a free fire free hire state. The problem is my last paycheck. He charged me for a water heater that was already in my truck and broken when I got hired. Also charged me for tools that I had the right to purchase on their account and that were left in the truck. He basically screwed me over and will not return my calls. What can I do if anything to reclaim the $600 he owes me that he deducted from my check?

  • Chronic hives 24/7 for 10 months?

Chronic hives started 10 months ago. Doctor checked blood count and said I was fine. Went to an allergies specialist who said it was pointless to do allergy test. He put me on 8 zyrtec, benadryle and 1 allegra a day. Hives never went away while on all this. Even when I take prednisone with all the other antihistamines the hives never fully clear up. Getting ready to demand I be checked for autoimmune diseases and get thyroid checked. Questions is has anyone else been on this much meds with to relief with hives? Also what other types of meds could I try? What specific autoimmune diseases should I check for? I have had athletes feet for years without treating, could this cause hives? Also diagnosed with telogen effluvium dermatologist says is from the hives. Anyone else hear of this or suffer from te with hives? Thanks everyone.

  • Prednisone missed period?

I have been taking 1 20mg tab daily of prednisone for almost a month. Its only a 30 day supply. My question is I am 9 days late for my period. Took home pregnancy test after 7 days late that was negative. My question is could the low dose of prednisone cause a missed period? Could I still be pregnant and should I test again after 14 days late? Thanks in advance. Oh and the predbisone is for my chronic hives.

  • PVCS with every heartbeat?

When I was pregnant in 2009-2010 I started to get PVCS. I had my heart checked out with a with an ultrasound and everything came back normal. They said it happens and it was nothing to worry about. After I had my child, I was trying to go to sleep when I had one. I thought nothing of it and tried to go to sleep. But I kept getting one every 15-20 mins. I finally fell asleep and the next morning started to experience them over and over. I kept track and found that I was having about 10 per min. I called the doc. and he said I was fine. As the day progressed they started to get worse and worse until around 5pm when they came with every heartbeat. I was having pvcs over and over for a total of 70-80 of them every min. This would continue on until I went to sleep. The next morning I was still having them but less this time. So for 3 days I had them less in the morning and would turn into having them with every heartbeat in the evening. I went to my doc. and he asked me lots of questions. He listened to my heart and of course since it was in the morning he only heard one. Anyways, I got hooked up to a heart monitor and by this time they stopped coming with every heartbeat. Its like I got better. My question is this. They got the heart monitor back and said I was fine and they only caught I few that I had been having. Thats because they stopped coming with every heartbeat by then. Im afraid because I didn't have the heart monitor on when I had them over and over again, that they might have missed catching something. Basically Im afraid that there is something really wrong with me but because they stopped happening with every heartbeat when I had the monitor on. Should I be worried about those 3 days where they happened with every heartbeat in the evening? My doc. doesn't seamed concerned but maybe he didn't realize the severity of them. I know they are pvcs because this is how they felt and what I experienced. It feels like a catch-thud. Meaning it feels like my heart stops and then beats again really hard. I can feel it in my chest and other times it feels like a flutter. When I put my fingers to my neck I can feel when I have a pvc because it feels like a missed beat on my fingers. Its been over a year since those 3 days of terror. I still get pvcs. Some days worse than others and sometimes I feel one for days. Other days its one or two and other days its 3-4 a min. Should I be worried about those 3 days last year when they came with every heartbeat, and I mean every heartbeat I was having one. Over and over I was feeling the catch-thud, non stop those 3 days. Please any advice. Also I have no insurance anymore and cant afford to see a heart doc. again. Thanks in advance.

  • 6 month old has tiny tiny little red dots on legs and arms?

Just picked him up from daycare. He was hot took his temp and no temp. He has had a stuffed up nose for about 4 days. No throwing up or temp. Acts just fine. The dots are so tiny you could almost miss them. And they are far and few in between. Not welted or puss filled. Just looks like someone took a dark red marker and barely hit him in certain spots with it. I just need to figure out if I need to take him to the doc. or wait a few days and see if they go away on their own. Any ideas what it could be.

  • 4 month old wont sit still to eat.?

My month old will not sit still to eat. Constantly trying to sit up, flings his arms everywhere, turns head constantly, knocks bottle out of mouth, and kicks and arches back.I have to chase his mouth with the bottle. Its a struggle anymore to get him feed. Is this normal at this age to be all over the place when eating. He does has acid reflux and I know that the arching of the back is normal when they are uncomfortable. But he never did this before. Just started in the last month doing this. Normal??

  • Tummy time with 4 month old?

I have not been doing tummy time every day. My son hates it and when I asked the doc. he said it is okay to wait until his head is under control. Now I have been reading that it is needed every day from the time they are born. I feel like my son is behind on skills because of this. He does not roll over and can barely hold his head up for to long on his tummy. I just didn't know how important tummy time was until reading about it today. Any suggestions on now starting tummy time every day for him. Is it to late, will he now be behind on motor skills because I am just now starting tummy time every day. I feel like such a bad parent for not knowing this.

  • Buring pain in legs and hands?

I had back surgery in 1998 and had two rods placed in my lower back. I gave birth about 3 months ago. After giving birth I have had constant headachs, neck pain, jaw pain, burning feeling in my lower legs and hands. I have back pain really bad at night. SOmetimes the buring in my legs feels so hot that it hurts really bad. I did not have an epidural. I had a c-section but was put under. I did have gestaional diabetes but my blood levels are perfectly fine, I check them. Could this be nerve damage? Im just worried about the burning pain.
