I Know it is against the law to smoke in an elevator or most public places, why is it legal to wear very strong perfume in same places smoking is banned?

While in court for a traffic ticket, I saw a woman who was wearing a very strong perfume taken into custody by the Sheriff at the order of the judge for wearing stinky perfume in her courtroom. Judge Amber Davis of NC said, " I told you on your last appearance before me that your stinky perfume is offensive to this court and that I would find you in contempt if you wore before me again". My question is, can this judge get away with this kind of nonsense?

The establishment of another branch of GOVT. to deal with war on energy,"The Energy Force"- To be equal in power to existing branches of armed forces.

This new force will be tasked with and funded to convert our nation to a "greener" place. (once operational,designed to be self-funding)EX:

Construction of alternative energy stations nationwide (conversion of existing service stations using oil)Collection of revenues from Green Energy will be The Energy Force's Job.

All US held automobile manufacturers will be seized and converted by Energy Force to build Electric, Hydrogen fuel cell cars.

The use of Gasoline and petroleum-based fuels will be outlawed and replaced by Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles by 2014.

All troops and diplomats withdrawn from middle east and oil war areas by 2014.

My Presidency will legalize marijuana and scientifically exploit all industrial aspects of this plant.

US Energy Force will be responsible for all of the nation's energy needs, there will no longer be an open market for energy and power, as this will be the sole area of focus for new Force.

Under this authority, all Power companies (Consolidated Edison,etc...) will become the property of the Energy Force. Wind Generators will be constructed nationwide and offshore where wind abound.Solar arrays, wave farms,all viable alternative sources of Energy will be studied and used.

All teenage students who wish to get a vehicle when they turn 14 may join the Energy Force as early as 10 years old. All Americans who wish to own a vehicle for personal use, must do work for Energy Force to earn a vehicle and a license.

All roads and highways in this country will be outfitted for autopilot as there will be 0 tolerance for automobile accidents,deaths,injuries, etc.

All transportation to be computer controlled and free for all who join Energy Force.

The new jobs in all areas of converting and maintaining new transportation systems will generate millions of jobs.All Commercial and private transportation will be regulated by Energy Force.

In our country, all citizens will be provided with free transportation for any purpose as long as they are a contributing reservist in the Energy Force.

The Energy Force will be set up like conventional military with schools, housing, basic training, full health benefits,recruiting offices and facilities for public education.

Once one joins Energy Force they are a member of that branch of the armed forces until they wish to stop driving or using energy.

Every Us Citizen will be eligible to join the Energy Force, including those who are in jail. It is hoped that many can be released to work towards building new American Energy plan.

Everyone in this country can contribute to a greener country, those who are too old or too feeble to work will be given classes in how to conserve. A Big part of the Energy Force will be using today's youth to be involved with our elders and disabled in community programs promoting Energy Independence.

The Energy force will take us out of our troubles and fix things as they should be.

The United States will be free of many bad things if you elect me:

No more electric bills, gas bills, transportation worries ( all who join Energy Force earns vehicle)

No more traffic accidents ( Road network fixed with Autopilot interface stripes in pavement)

No more highway noise zones near neighborhoods (hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are quiet and clean)

No more failing US Auto Companies, Failing Airlines

No more war for oil ( hopefully no more U.S. bullying of oil countries, thus less terrorism etc... World Peace?)

No more oil dependency,Greenhouse gases, stupid arrests for Cannabis, military relying on taxes for funding, national deficit, debt to foreign countries, uninsured Americans, or threats to destroy pristine wilderness areas for obsolete oil below surface.

With America following this plan we can live in friendship with our Neighbor's and hopefully start sharing our vast food resources and technology with less fortunate nations. Without the expense for energy the average American will have more spendable income. This will boost our economy.

Imagine living in a world where you can get in your vehicle,tell it where to go, and all for free ( While puffing a Govt. sanctioned blunt), on your way to work building/operating/or maintaining a Govt. I have a Staffordshire bull terrier, are there any better choices?

I have a 16 week old Staffordshire Bull Terrier named "Mello".

I am a video-junkie and have filmed over 300 hours of video during her first 4 months. I got Mello when she was 7 weeks old, so far she has been filmed (digital camera) "saying" "Out"- when she needs to go out

She whimpers "biscuit" when she wants a treat.

She can also do a great Mountain Lion impersonation.

With her perfectly brendeled coat, she resembles a PUMA.

I also have video of her saying, " Beach" when she wants to go to walk at her favorite shore along the river nearby.

So, My Question is, " Is it possible to teach a dog, a Staffy, how to really speak english?"

I am an inventor and I want to make an engine that runs on sodium reacting with water in a motor.

I have calculated the explosive factor that occurs when pure sodium is added to water and have invented a motor that will run on this concept.

Unfortunately sodium is a protected element that is difficult to obtain by the average Joe inventor.

My design features a method of grinding sodium bars into a fine dust and spraying the mist into a cylinder where atomized water vapor is compressed with sodium mist injected.

On paper my new motor runs clean and green with much to be perfected.

We had Volunteer Enlistment and Rosie the Riveter

We had Uncle Sam and not Jr. W

We had Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, not U2 and Neil Young

When USA was in "Real Wars" we had a sense of National Unity and purpose, now we have "War for "OIL" and 9-11 issues.

"If everyone would listen to the plans I have for a better future" seems to be what everyone is saying, and no body is listening.

Our Governments are confusing the world with a sense of " Bailout or Bust" mentality to cover up the real issues of the day.

We keep fighting and dying for oil.

Car designers (like me and others) have viable alternative designs ready now and we are being held back because replacing gasoline cars means the loss of millions of gas-taxes.

I have the design for a car that uses no gasoline, but people have always used people like me as the punch-line of a bad joke.

Cost in 2002 to raise a baby from birth to age 18 (without college)= $254,400.

Total cost of raising all the babies that have been aborted legally=

$134,471,629,680,000.

This is purely the financial argument to continue to allow abortions, and is based in verifiable figures .

I feel abortion is morally wrong, but given what it would cost each person to raise these unwanted children ( over 134 trillion dollars divided by 200 million taxpayers= over $750 K per person)

Are all of these self-righteous Right wingers willing to pay over $750K each?

It is time to put your money where your extra large mouths are.

If you think abortion is wrong, then pony-up the cash that would save these innocent lives.

I am going to try.

I think if we can all talk about what to fix and how, we might do something worthwhile here.

I am strongly for motor-wind generators, ( I use a wind generator on my yacht with a 1000 w solar panel) .

I have seen a new kind of wind generator that can be made and maintained very inexpensively called a motorwind generator.

I think if we install these on all public buildings and lands across the US we could generate many new jobs in manufacture,installation, and upkeep of these wind farms.

I have done some of the math and it looks like Obama's proposed 15B annual budget could easily cover the completion of this project by 2020.

The electric from this could provide every home and business a constant flow of free power once project is finished.

I also see solar as a means to promote jobs and energy.

Should this be priority 1?, 2?, 3?
