We (Quicken Loans) are nearing our one millionth closed loan and we'd love to know what people would do with the extra money they'd have each month if their mortgage was suddenly paid off. Go on vacation? Put the money into savings or a CD? Save for the kids' college fund? What would you do with the extra cash?

We're moving downtown soon and we're excited. So we put up this giant billboard on the side of the Cadillac Tower (you can view it here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/quickenloans/46887831... ) and we were wondering if folks in Detroit liked it? Any thoughts on Quicken Loans moving to Detroit? Any advice on cool things to look forward to downtown? We'd love to hear it.
