I've seen Youtube vids about how to do normal knot ones, but I wanna add beads and shells in and I've never made one before. So how long does the rope need to be and how do I do something nifty with it?

Hi! :) My roommates and I are planning to always have cupcakes and/or cookies in our dorm and we wanted to buy some basic baking ingredients in bulk to always have in our dorm, but as we are broke college students we don't wanna buy anything we don't need. Anyone have any advice?

Hello! :) I have just gotten a brand new laptop and it says that it's supposed to have 8+ hours of battery life, but when I fully charge it, it only lasts about 4 hours. It's an Acer Aspire and I really do love it, but is there something that I did or can do to make the batter power last longer? Because I really don't think it's supposed to only last 4 hours.

and it was working perfectly fine until today when the menu and fast forward button stopped working. I thought it was fine, but idk anymore, so if I put it in rice now will it be ok cause I've been using it for the past couple of days.

I just reinstalled iTunes onto my laptop and the songs we're uploaded perfectly fine and they let me edit stuff, but I had to be somewhere so I stopped for a sec, updated my iPod and turned off my laptop. Now I've turned it back on and it won't let me edit any of my info. I tried to go into the "Get Info" when you right click it, but all of the options are grey and I can't fix anything. I've also tried just clicking on the title and artist in the window, but that doesn't work either. I know that none of the files are Read-only and they worked before I shut off my laptop before. Plus I'd really rather not download another program, so does someone know a simple way to fix this problem?

I think I might have a virus, but I'm not sure. I googled it and it came up with virus stuff and the fact that it could be a real application too, so what is ETDCtrl.exe? Should I delete it?

I have tons of these dress designs that I've thought up and I desperately want to make some of them, but I have no idea where to start when it comes to creating the actual pattern. I know how to sew and I have all of the supplies, I just want to know how to make patterns. I know the idea of taking other patterns that look similar, make it my own, and cutting and pasting it together, but is there another way because that sounds fairly complex? I really want to start making some of these :)

I'm directing a play and I'm going to end it with the song "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera but I want to start it with a song about being kind of broken. Preferably something that doesn't mention couples because the show is about all kinds of love and heartbreak and in the end it's how they get past it and move on. But I don't want any like rock or screamo songs, something just kinda melancholy.

I'm directing a play where women talk about major turning points in their life and how they can remember exactly what they wore at that moment in time. My teacher says that we need to find 1 or 2 songs that can portray that either in melody or lyrics.

I have black hair and because I'm a senior I have to wear a black dress for picture day. I don't want to wear my hair up, but I don't want my hair to blend into my dress.

I'm going to be a senior and for our pictures we have to wear this black dress. Unfortunately I have long black hair and it'll blend with the black dress. I don't really want to wear it up because I think my hair looks nicer when it's down, but I want my hair to show up. I was thinking of giving it some curl to have texture against the dress. What can I do?

I honestly want to start working out, but I'm not sure how much cardio or like aerobic or anaerobic I need to do for my body. I'm skinny, but I'm really unhealthy and want to start getting more fit. I'm 17, 5'2 and around 100 lbs. I want to get stronger and not have little "gerbil arms" as my friends call them. :)
