I seem to hit with the same amount of force when my body checking and aggressiveness are at 65 as when they are set to 90.

I am madly in love with this girl, but I need to NOT love her. We click pretty well together, but I just try to focus on school, work, family, and my friends. I never have seen the benefit of a relationship since they all end with someone getting hurt. I understand that this question may seem stupid to many of you, but please do respond if you feel you have a useful answer. Your responses will be greatly appreciated.

This girl and I flirt with one another just about everyday at school, yet sometimes she just doesn't even acknowledge me. For example sometimes she won't say "hi" or "good-bye" if we pass one another in the hallways. Half my friends think she's into me and the other half do not. I really like her, but I don't want to pursue her if she doesn't like me. I am so confused at this point and do not know WTF to think. Why would she act so flirtatious one moment and ignore me the next moment?!? Playing hard to get maybe? Don't know if this helps, but we are both juniors in high school.

I am overweight and I need a diet that will allow me to eat healthy foods without having to take a lot of time prepping. I am busy with school, work, and coaching football. I tried Weight Watchers and lost about 12 pounds in 10 weeks; however, prepping meals took too much time out of my day so I quit. I am 15 years old, six foot, and 235 pounds. On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I go on the treadmill an jog a one and a half miles and on Tuesdays and Fridays I lift weights for an hour. My eating habits are definetly not the greatest though! Someone please provide me with a food plan to get slimmer!
