dog on sofa

My tank has been set up for 2 1/2 moths, all nitrite, nitrate,& O2 levels are normal. I have brown algae, which ppl on here say is harmless to fish but my fish die. does anyone have any insight to this problem or could suggest a really comprehensive book? thanks everybody

A border collie mixed with something huge has been abandoned on my property. I know Collies need a job and they are not a dog I would have chosen due to the business they require--I dont have that kind of time.

He's an awesome dog but he is getting bored. I need to find something for him to do. In the next yr I will be moving into a smaller house w/very little yard. I need help with ideas on how to keep him happy.

I have tried to find him a home but no luck. I'm stuck with him and I know he needs more room and more time---any ideas or hints will be gladly welcomed. Thanks

I used to keep snakes and I took care of many of them at a pet store, but this was before frozen rats/mice were common. In all that time I never had a snake injured by a live rodent.

So I am wondering why people choose one method over another. Snakes don't eat frozen in the wild so it seems a little odd to me.

I don't have snakes now and don't intend on getting any soon--I'm just curious.

I already have the K4. Is there any point in buying K5? My guy is anxious to get reading will K5 teach this or should I go straight for grade 1?
