  • BACK PROBLEMS! PLEASE HELP!?

    whenever i do V-sits or Iron Crosses or something that involves bring my RIGHT leg up and back down, my back kinda cracks... its more like bones are rubbing together and i feel them rub against each other. i think it is happening somewhere around the top of my pelvic region, but im not positive what is going on. I'm only 17 and im in good physical condition, but it really bugs me and i think it is going to give me problems in the future and is there any way i can fix it without wasting my time at a chiropractor?
