I usually only answer questions in the Dog and Woman's Health categories. I'm a 22 yr old female college student who has an insane love for dogs. I own three - a chihuahua , a jack russel, and shih tzu. I only answer questions that I know the answer to through my own experiences, opinions, and previous knowledge. I try not to be offensive or insulting when answering questions, although sometimes the truth is not what people like to hear. I stand up for what I believe in and I am AGAINST puppy mill breeding. If you don't know what that is, then ask. Don't support puppy mills by buying from pet stores or websites. Look on petfinder.com to find millions of homeless animals that need loving homes.

The crime was commited when she was 17 and trial was held when she was 18. She refused to testify against her boyfriend and was told that because she was underage, she did not have 5th amendment rights. She was held in contempt until she testified against her boyfriend. Is this legal or ethical?
Her boyfriend was being charged with asault and battery, misdemeanor, mayhem, and threat to commit a crime for assaulting the girl (his girlfriend). Don't ask why she did not want to testify against him... she just did not want to and was held in contempt because of it.
