So what really is the answer to Detroit and the auto companies problems? should the government just give them 25 or 50 Billion dollars and let them blow that too? or should they let them flop around like a fish outta water? and don't think the government wouldn't let them flop around for a while. How many concessions will the UAW give up to save the Big three?

For 2 years I've been living in Florida and all I hear when I turn on the weather news is "oh, we need rain because we're having a drought." Do we have enough rain now with TS Fay that they can stop begging for rain EVERYTIME I turn on the TV. I think they should all move to the Pacific NW if they want rain.... I moved to Florida because I thought the sunshine state had sun.... boy, was I mistaken. It rains everyday....

I just saw 2 of the 3 games in St Pete against the Rays... is it me or do they look like a bunch of losers? They had no pep, no bounch in thier step, and pretty much just mopped around. They played well for a few inninjgs and then it was over. Has losing the first 9 games totally broken the spirit of the team? and what can we do about it? really they are only 5-ish games back... if they play hard they can still make a run... I think Jim leyland needs to loose his mind and really start screaming at them..

We all know that Al Gore took a terriffic beating when it came to his spouting off about energy consumpsion and carbon footprints (his is/was enormous) But what I want to know is......

How much did it cost him to put in the geothermic well? the 36 solar panels? and re-wire his 20 room, 8 bedroom mansion? He must be crazy to think people can just do these changes.

(my sister looked into solar for her house (3000 sqft) here in Florida and it was $25,000.... and it would take years to re-coop the cost savings....

how can people say we are in a recession when companies are posting numbers like this? and don't forget the billions the oil companies are making....... to me, it looks like the car companies and the housing market suck, but pretty much everything else is doing ok? why is the media saying we're in such a recession? And just cause gas prices are up doesn't mean the economy is in bad shape.

Why doesn't she just stop already???? Mathematically she can't win. She knows it, Obama knows it. The whole world knows it. She doesn't have the money to continue.... did anyone notice she didn't come out and say "I raised this much money.... " after the last primary, like she did after the second to last. If I was an Obama supporter and they give the nomination to her even after he won everything, I would vote for John Mccain. WOULD YOU? and why does she keep saying she wants the votes counted in Florida and Michigan? it won't happen unless there is a complete re-vote and they both campain in each state. For her to just want the votes to count as is, IS cheating, lying and Clinton business as usual. so Who are you going to support?

I've seen numerous video's on youtube and the such, and I'm planning on a trip from Florida to meet a bunch of friends from Michigan in June, My question is, I wonder if it'll be worth the 2 day trip to get there if all the cops are jerks. I don't speed (too much) or stunt, But the videos make it seem like the cops are every hundred feet or so. I'll be there during the week, it that any better? Let me know if you thinik it'll be worth it, or should I just skip it. Let me know if you have been and any horror stories..... much apprieciated

Why do people ask if the military likes what they are doing and should rebel against the chain of command because we are in Iraq? Don't people know or understand what it means to serve? It's not a democracy, We don't have a choice to rebel. First, it's against Military law, and it undermines authority. We joined to serve because it serves a higher purpose. We believe in the rights and freedom of all Americans and all humans. I can't stand it when people say we shouldn't be here or there... We are everywhere, and we are doing good. We just don't get to see it all the time on TV. And another thing that really gets me, the deaths in Iraq, more than 4000. Yes, it's a WAR, that was approved by congress. People are going to die. It's a fact. It's WAR. Please let congress do something about the children shooting, killing, beating up eachother. And how about getting tough on drunk driving deaths. I guess there really isn't a question here, more like venting. But here's a question do you agree?

I have a 96 328ic. today the electric windows stoped working. I checked the window lock, the fuses under the hood. the electric door locks don't work either (together, seperatley yes). and the windows aren't droping when the doors are opened. Help
