I wanna be a CFL layer when I'm older, I'm 13 and gonna turn 14 in 2 weeks I never played football except I played rugby for 2 years, I weigh 200 and 5"10, so can I start right now and make it? Please answer on what I should do and what to do later and if you can list some training excercises it will be great.

I wanna become a CFL player, I'm gonna turn 14 in 2 weeks and I never played football in my whole life except for some pick ups games with my friends and I played rugby on the grade 7 team and I'm on my weigh to my second year of rugby. I weigh 200 and height is 5"10, I can run the 2k in 12:45ish. Any suggestions on what I should do and what to do later at like 15. If you list some football training excercises that I can do alone will be great. And please let me know if I should pick up weights now, people say it stunts your growth so I'm kinda confused on what to do.

hey guys. i was wondering how to get rid of gynecomastia, im 13 and had it ever since i was 10 or 11. so when i got gynecomastia i lost alot of confidence in me, sometimes i don't even go to the pool with my class. so is there anything that can help me other then surgery. and i recently joined the gym will that help?
