I currently have a Dell 17 inch Inspiron that is starting to show it's age. I absolutely love the screen size and the HD quality that it produces. I am a business student so I do use power point,excel, word along with ALOT of Netflix where the 17 inch screen comes handy. I don't really play alot of computer games but I would like to be capable of playing Battlefield 3 on it as well so to speak. HD space isn't a huge deal since I have a 500GB external that has all my music and movies on.

So basically I am looking for a laptop with a decent size screen for videos and projects, fast enough to not frustrate me, doesn't overheat like mine does (even though I have a fan underneath) HDMI.

just picked up a new laptop, a dell with a c and d drive. I want to combine them but i cant remember how to. I do remember seeing the geeksquad guy combine them fairly easy w/o any cd's or software on my old one.

Bought a brand new dell with the i5 in it. right from the get go, its been really laggy especially with the internet. It will work then go white with the not responding sign for around 20 seconds then work again! anyone help me? after spending almost a grand on this im very upset right now

Im looking for a new laptop and was told to make sure I get one with the cd for the operating system? Not too computer literate but was told dell does, but are there any others?

Last few months really noticed the greys comming in, im only 24 and am WAYY too young to ride the "silver fox" look. What would you guys suggest is the best method in my situation?

So my cat loves the taste of beer. Ever since he was a few months old he's been interested in the taste of beer. only cans tho. He'll drink "the river" as my gf likes to call it or if its freshly opened he can get his tongue in the mouth hole and drink it that way. He doesnt get drunk normally goes back to sleep after a few "turns" but im curious as to how bad it may effect him in the future(he's 3 yrs old)

and akso, if i was to be able to buy my buddies old comcast dvr(switched to dtv) hooked ip up to mine, would I be able to avoid the extra charges?
