  • Wall street bias towards Apple/Jobs?

Can you tell me what is curently keeping Apple stock down. Don't tell me $600 price tag on iPhone (first, its not primarily a phone; second, they have plenty of room to drastically lower the cost). I think its because Gates, like Wall Street is purely into the money -- Gates is their kind of guy. Jobs, always about quality and innovation rather than throw it out there and fix it later, is not. Wall street does not like seeing a Steve Jobs succeed as long as their is a gates in the market? I am not trying to stir up apple/microsft debates. I bought apple stock at 13.75, so I'm purely into the money. I just want to know why wall street is preventing me from getting richer. Watching this stock has led me to conclude the above. Agree? disagree? Anyone notice any similar wall street bias' with other companies?

  • Please reconcile the notion of an extemporary origin?

I like it phrased this way because some generalize the word to mean spontaneous while it actually means done without preparation (not pre planned). While this may essentially mean the same thing, here it contrasts the notion of a spontaneous creation with the idea of God as a planner. Or is God a calculating spontaneity?

  • do christans have a soul or not?

what I have always been genuinly curious about is why christians say they believe in the soul but seem to base their morality as if they didn't believe in one. For instance, if a person has an abortion, its not as if his soul was being killed..... or is it? I really don't know your views and am curious.

  • What makes president bush II a leader?

As commander in chief, he's the leader of our army; but how does he 'lead' the country. Is he a moral leader; an economic leader? We already know that the president doesn't make economic ( or other) laws; but in what way has he exemplified the idea of a leader? Compare this to your ideal of what a leader should be.

  • A Question just occured to me?

Is it me or is there a correlation between the origin of religions (at least mono theistic ones) and big expanses of desert. Mormons and the Salt Flats; Islam and Arabia's desert; and moses wandering the desert for forty years and then talking to God?

  • Can you describe to me the presence of God?

In other words, do you envision God as a human-like fom as artistic depictions present him? And where do you perceive he exists: is it outside of yourself; in your heart, mind soul; everywhere? I'm being sincere; I'm curious as to individual's perception of what God is. If you could, also include what part of the world you're from.
