I'm 17 yrs old girl . I'm sick of being depressed and crying in the inside i hate it. I'm so tried of being depressed . I feel like crap and nobody doesn't care that I'm depressed. My mom makes it worse by nags me how i don't clean the house properly. she tells me how washing dash dish is nothing and how need to do more things. which i don't understand there are 8 people living in the house and i have to clean there mass. Yesterday i clean the all the bathrooms in are house and there 4 in are house and she went in all all the bathroom and said " you call this clean" I'm sick of being unappreciated. My mom even calls me mean names too. Calling me fat how i need to lose weight I'm 5'4 and i weight is 155 lbs when she started calling be me fat last year i was 206 lbs which lost 51lbs and she still calling me fat and how she really wants me to lose weight she doesn't even see i how much i lost and she say i how should be 115 and 120lbs she say that how much a girl my age should be and how no guys don't want fat girls . I'm just sick of it . I'm crying right now . every time we go out somewhere and she see a fat person she say that's you in the future if you keep this up and you don't lose this weight. I don't have anyone to talk to and no friends because I'm self conscious i feel ugly and fat. my mom is the only person i take to and she makes me feel sad.Sometime me and mom have are happy time where we laugh and just have fun it haven't been like that for a while now.

i been doing sit-ups for about 3 days yesterday i wanted to do sit-ups and every time i get up it would hurt i been doing about 40 for the morning and 40 at night should i continue doing the sit-ups

my mom tells me that I'm really fat but i don't think I'm that fat,i think that I'm just thick my mom his all ways comparing me with my older sister who is really skinny and only weighs about 110 i hate it, my mom tells me that I need to stop sleeping because sleeping is making me gain weight. Every time she see someone fat she tell me like I'm going to end up like them if I don't do something about my weight. My mom tells me to lose weight when my mom is buying junk food. I'm trying to lose weight by skipping breakfast and dinner and only eating lunch and every time i get hungry i just drink water and I'm not losing any weight at all I been doing for about 2 weeks.

OK. I go in my room to get something my head starts to hurt a lot then I go down stairs my head is not, hurting at all then i go back starts again why dose happens it's so weird. I lay down on the bed and it's hurting, then i leave my room it stops
