What things do i need to have, and what are some good examples of each?

I'm very good at baseball. But I live in Texas and go to a highschool (i'm 14 and a incoming freshman) where there are hundreds of kids just trying out. I play first, second, third, catcher and pitcher. I throw about 73, with 7 pitches that i can locate well. I can throw down to texas in 1.4 seconds and am pretty good in the infeild. But the thing i do well is hitting. Even though i'm a good player, how do i get noticed by college and MLB scouts?
