  • Please, advise on buying an Acura RSX with high mileage.?

I really want to buy a used Acura RSX. But I'm worried about it's reliability.

I know that everything depends on the previous owners maintenance and how they looked after the car. But that is hard to find out.

Mostly, I see 2002-2004 (automatic) models on the market that fit my budget (up to $5000).

The mileage range from 120k to 150k.

I would really appreciate if you could advise on:

    1. how reliable the car is?

    2. is 150k mileage a lot for this car?

    3. how much more can I drive this car after 150k mileage?

    4. how expensive is it to maintain?

I know I can't get a straight answer to my questions, but please, advise as much as you can.

Also, I'm based in Indiana and if anyone knows who is selling or can help me to buy a good one here, I would really appreciate.

    Thank you.

  • Regular cigarettes vs stuffing empty tubes with own tobacco?

    Hi everyone,

    I have a question.

I'm wondering how many cigarettes I can make from a 50g pouch tobacco? The cigarettes that I'm considering to make are not roll-ups but normal cigarettes. There are empty cigarette tubes with a filer that are of the size of a normal cigarette. They look exactly the same as normal filter cigarettes.

Does anyone know how many of those cigarettes I can make out of 50g pouch? I'm wondering if it's cheaper than buying a regular pack of cigarettes and if so, how much cheaper.

    Thank you very much.

  • UK visa and charity shops info, help, please!!!?

    Hello everyone,

    I have a question...

I do volunteering job in a charity shop. I am a student here and I am from outside of European Economic Area. I Currently have a student visa.

I would like to open a charity shop similar to the one I'm volunteering at.

    The Question:

Could anyone tell me, please: if I decide to open the shop, will I get a visa that will allow me to do so? If yes, what type of visa is it?

I know that there is an entrepreneur visa available if one opens a business with a certain amount of money to spend on it.

But the charity shop is a not-for-profit type and I guess it is different to the entrepreneur visas. Am I right?

    Thank you!

  • Import fees?

    Hello everyone,

I'm considering to buy a watch from the US based online shop. I'm based in the UK.

The price of the watch including delivery is $470 approx. £280. The watch is for personal use, not for re-selling.

Can anyone tell me what import fees will I have to pay if I buy the watch and how much, please? It will help me to calculate the total amount I will need to spend on the watch, so I will not get surprised with the bills to pay after I bought it.

    Thank you very much,

    Igor.

  • Intel HD graphics 4000 vs AMD radeon hd 7650m 1gb?

    Can anyone help me please?

I have bought a All-in-one PC and when I ordered it I chose the AMD radeon hd 7650m 1gb. But I have just checked and I've got the wrong order, it came with Intel HD graphics 4000.

I'm not good at computers and don't know which choice is the best. I've read some posts regarding the graphic cards and most posts were saying that the AMD is better. That is why I ordered AMD one. Now, when I've got Intel I don't know what to do... Send it back and ask for the AMD one or leave it...

I would really appreciate if someone who is good at these things could help me to make a decision.

    I really need a help.

    Thank you.

  • Continuous shooting with Nikon D3200, please help.?

    Hello people.

I have just bought a Nikon D3200. I am a beginner and this is my first DSLR camera. As I know nothing about DSLR's , I want to know if the camera I bought works correctly.

The first question that I have come up with is regarding continuous shooting. The camera can make 4fps. When I press 'shoot' the camera does shoot continuously but maximum of 14 frames, then it significantly slows down to 1 frame per second or even per 2 seconds. Sometimes it does even less continuous shots then 14 frames.

Is that normal ? I thought that I can do much more frames by shooting continuously.

Somewhere on the internet I saw a post/review where someone tested the Nikon D3200 for continuous shooting and managed to do 100 frames for 25 seconds. And I can only do up to 14 frames. How is that possible? Is there a fault in my camera? Should I go and change it for another one in the shop?

    Thank you.

  • Nikon D3200 vs Canon 600D?

    Hello people!

I have almost decided to buy Nikon D3200, but... still not sure.

I'm not good at photography, this will be my first DSLR. One of my friends suggested me to choose from 2 options according to the budget given by me - Nikon D3200 and Canon 600D. But she also told me that she worked with Nikon and Canon and she liked Nikon most. She also told me that the Nikon D3200 would be better for a beginner as it has Image stabilization in its body and somehow is easier to use and mentioned that it has more auto focus points than Canon.

Can anyone share their opinions on which one to choose and of course why?

I have recently looked at cameras online and found that I can buy Nikon D3200 18-55mm lens for £416 with £45 cash back but for the same price there is Nikon D3100 with the same lens plus 55-200mm lens. As for Canon there is also an option to get 1100D with twin lens for almost the same price.

Can anyone advise me on which in better to buy :

    1. if to choose Nikon, then D3200 with 1 lens or D3100 with twin lens?

    2. if to choose Canon, then 600D with 1 lens or 1100D with twin lens?

Please consider that I intend to use the first camera for long , with no need to change it after I'm into photography. If you know what I mean.

    Thank you, people.

I hope to hear some advice/opinions soon.

I'm thinking of buying it. And I don't know whether it's good or not as I'm not good at computers.

Is it better or worse than the same model but with intel i3 1.40GHz?

Has anyone had any experience with the laptop?

Is that a good quality laptop?

Does the battery really last for up to 8 hours?

Is it powerful enough for watching movies and running Sage Line programs, Microsoft Word, Excel easily and smoothly?

The price is £285. Is it worth to buy? Is there any better laptop for that price with a screen size no more than 12" ?

  • Can anyone help me to choose what used car is the best to buy from the list below?

    Hi there,

Can anyone advise me regarding what car is the best to buy ( please, also explain why). I have a list of cars that I would like to choose from. Or if anybody can suggest any other car up to £6000 that would be good too. Also would be great to hear opinions on reliability of these cars and the cost of maintenance.

The list of cars (all are hatchbacks) :

    Ford Focus - year 2009, 50k mileage

    Honda Civic - year 2008, 60k mileage

    VW Golf - year 2007, 60-70k mileage

    Vauxhall Astra - year 2010 50k mileage

    Toyota Auris - year 2009 30k milage

    Renault Megane - year 2009, 50k milage

Consider the cars were maintained properly in the same way.

    Thank you.

  • How long can a BMW car last?

    Hi people.

I am thinking of buying a used car and I have got a question...

Anyone knows how long can a BMW car last? The car that I liked is BMW 318Ci Sport Coupe. It has 71k miles and it's 8 years old. I don't know how the previous owner used it but the car has been approved by BMW ( had over 120 tests and etc). I am not good at cars and looking for some advice. Are the 8 years and 71k miles a lot for the car? And how long can it last more?

    Thank you
