I'm going to be in Montreal and need accomodations?
I'm going to Montreal for my final interview with the consulate.
I'll need to be in town for 2 weeks and I'm desperate to find a place to stay.
Any suggestions on how to find cheap places to sleep?

I am a Canadian who married an america, and am at the end of a lengthy sponsorship visa application. I'm looking for advice from people who have gone through this. What to expect at the interview, tips, and hints, and what not. Thanks in advance!

I'm relatively fit. I eat well and exercise daily (swimming and biking). I would like to start training for a triathlon, but I'm finding running really challenging. What advice can you offer?
3 AnswersRunning8 years agoWhich pressure washer gun should I buy?
I was gifted an old Sears Model #580751400 Craftsman Electric high pressure washer. The gpm is 1.6 and the max psi is 1150.
It's missing the gun assembly. I would like to purchase one, but my budget is limited. I can spend about 25 - 30 US.
Can anyone on yahoo recommend a decent/ suitable gun within my price range?
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs8 years agoThe brakes on my road bike, do not bring my bike to a quick stop, even when fully depressed. How do I fix this?
At faster speeds, when I fully depress my back brake, it does little more than slow me down. Depressing both brakes completely, will stop me, but not for a meter or two. I can see the wheel is still turning when I'm riding and using the brakes, but when I get off, hold the brakes down and push, they stay fast.
What could the problem be? How can I fix it? Ideally, I would like to deal with the problem myself. The closest bike shop wants 90 dollars for a tune up.
The brakes are alloy caliper and the wheels are aluminum 700c.
4 AnswersCycling8 years agoPaying Bills Internationality?
I live in the USA some of the year, but have bills in Canada. Currently, I pay them by transfering money from my American account, into my Paypal, and from there, to my debit. From my debit I can use online banking to pay my bills. This takes 20 business days minimum. I wondered about using prepaid VISA gift cards. The hitch is, I need to be able to purchase them while in the USA. Does anyone know if this works? Or maybe can anyone offer faster alternatives?
1 AnswerPersonal Finance8 years agoI was wondering what the best way to handle encounters with other dogs is, when walking a large dog on a leash?
I have a mild fear of strange dogs and am not sure what I would do if there was a problem. I know the dog Im walking is freindly, but also that he can get very excited while playing. When walking him on a leash, how should I handle encounters with other dogs?
