Today I got a new betta Fish

He Was brought from Petsmart...

I put him in his new tank

He doesnt seem to be moving....he is At The top, right by a plant

He Did eat...he just isnt very active...is this normal for a new betta?

Is he Getting use to his new home?

I have four budgies, the dad, mum, the son, and the daughter.

The kids are four months, and they all live together in a huge HQ flight cage.

The father has recently been trying to mate with the daughter. And this made the mum mad,and she attacked the daughter. She does this numerous times, and pulls on her feathers.

I put her in a separate cage, along with her brother for company.

But should i leave her in the separate cage? It really isn't that big its one of those travel cages...and i feel bad for them to be put in it, and to not have that much room compared to that flight cage they had...

The kids are semi weaned.....even though they are four months, they know how to eat seed, but they do not like it.....

And my mother wont let me buy another cage because she already spent to much money on the flight cage and the baby birds needs.....please help me.
