Un amigo acaba de ser despedido en la empresa donde trabaja, es una constructora que tiene fraccionamientos en varios estados de México.

El gerente le dijo que o firmaba su renuncia o los demandara porque no le iban a dar liquidación. Otro compañero de él pasó por lo mismo y ya ganó la demanda, pero queremos saber si hay alguna parte o institución de gobierno donde denunciar esa empresa, porque no es correcto lo que hacen y es su forma de trabajar.

¿Alguien sabe qué procede?

Tengo problemas con mi nokia y estuve viendo que se puede hacer un "Soft Reset" que se supone se reinicia pero no borra nada, pero solamente dicen de imágenes o videos que tienes, no mencionan nada sobre los mensajes de texto. ¿Saben si también se guardan los mensajes de texto?

When you put something like: X's why do you say about this? And then you say a fact of your belief based on things only you believe in, are you really trying to convince someone? Or are you just trying to make people angry. What´s the point on trying to convince someone? I don't think they can actually just change religion or belief just by seeing some quote or argument.

I apologize for when I put "Boring" or "Boooooooooring" to some questions, it's just that people trying to start a fight over things that are not even funny are boring to me. Or people saying someone is wrong is also boring since there is no point.

Hello. This happened to me this weekend.

I have a friend that I haven't seen in a while, maybe 6 months or so. We met because of my ex, which is now my best friend. I felt some attraction to him but I didn't do anything because I had my boyfriend back then. Now he was a boyfriend, but I'm single.

Anyway we met at this party and I was talking to them both, they are cool. There was some light flirting like they told me: wow you've working out right? But nothing serious. So the strange thing that happened is the next day I got a text message from him saying: it was really nice seeing you, I really missed you, you're looking great maybe we can hang out sometime, please don't tell my boyfriend I texted you.

And one hour later I got a phone call from a number I didn't know, it was his boyfriend and he said: hey how are you? you are a very cool guy, and sexy, i hope you have a nice day and maye we can go out sometime, please don't tell my boyfriend I called.

What the hell? This is funny and sad at the same time. They both want to go out with me, but they both don't want me to tell each other. I suppose they're not happy but why stay with someone if you're gonna go and cheat?

Is it some kind of joke? Because the only way the boyfriend could have my number is if my friend gave it to him, because I never gave it. At night I got a text from the boyfriend wishing me a nice night... this is so weird.

I would rather have a threesom haha :P but I'm guessing they don't want to be with each other anymore, so I won't do anything, it's just too weird.

Ok so a friend of our family, he's 57 I think, had to had a colonoscopy because his mother died of colon cancer. So he's all drugged up, the doctor has the probe on his rear, and he's watching the screen. Then the doctor says to him: don't worry... all your problems are behind you.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I laughed a lot when he told us.

do you have to start the piece on the note of the scale you are composing the piece on?

For example if I'm writing something in B minor, do I have to start with a B minor chord/note? Or it just has to end in it.

I ask before many sheet music I've seen start this way. I'm composing a duet for piano and cello, just a single piece, kinda like an impromptu (no defined form) in case it makes a difference.

It is August 18th and since monday everytime I want to answer a question, it works fine for 2 or 3, and then I get this "We are having problems with Y!A bla bla bla"

It is getting really annoying, is it just me? Or someone else experience this.

A while ago I ended my first serious relationship. It lasted 2 years and 2 months. That was a year ago. My ex and I became really good friends during our time together so we keep in touch once in a while, and see each other but as friends, we don't kiss, or anything more.

Two weeks ago I found out my ex has a boyfriend, and I feel really bad. I know I'm kind of jealous because I don't have anyone right now, but I feel so lonely, and like put aside. I knew this would happen eventually and because of my shyness, my ex would probably find someone first. Now we won't see each other as much, we used to go to the movies or just eat something.

I am so afraid of my heart breaking again, that I feel I don't want to have a relationship again. I don't want to feel hurt, I don't want to have another ex, I don't want to see another ex with someone again. I know time will fix things but I feel really bad. I'm way too sensitive right now, I cry with movies, or songs, or almost anything that's sad and I'm tired of it. I really love to read and play piano, and since this I don't feel like doing anything I like, I feel this emptiness inside of me all the time.

Any advice will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have a cool bonsai since December in muy house. The place where I got it (on another town) said to give it water once a week, and each month add some kind of vitamins to the soil.

It was fine for a few months, all green and nice. Recently it started to witter, some of the leaves are yellow and some are completely brown. The weather is really hot this time of year, but I keep it inside the house in a cool room (it has been there since I bought it). I tried putting more vitamins and watering more often because the soil dries faster (I suppose because of the heat).

What can I do to save it? :(
