It stops when I turn off my a/c, so I was thinking compressor. It kind of sounds like my truck is a diesel! Looking for thoughts from someone who knows about cars. :) I clearly don't.

it still smells like hot coolant (that burning sweet smell). Is this normal when this type of work has been done??

Day before yesterday my truck had a sweet/burning smell coming from under the hood. Yesterday it started steaming, so I went to NAPA and had them put 50/50 coolant in. As I was leaving the parking lot, my truck tried to die. I pushed on the gas and pulled out, at a red light, my truck died twice. I pulled into my destination and stopped for about 40 minutes. I then left and got about a half mile away (at the first stop light) and the trouble began again. I stopped again and sat for about 15 minutes, then began again, I got about 2 miles and it began to overheat. At that point I stopped and had my vehicle towed home. Any suggestions? Thanks.

For instance, a coworker of mine made about $24k and only paid about $1k in federal taxes, but she gets like $5k back. How is that possible? She is single and has 4 children. She has no other deductions or income or anything.

I am looking to purchase a portable dishwasher for my home, HOWEVER, I do not want to spend a lot of money. Does anyone know the percentage of what a typical used appliance sells for after being gently used?? For instance, if the appliance, new, was $500, should the seller expect 50% of the price, 40%, etc. Thanks!
