About a week and a half ago i went for my first jog and could do about half a mile in 4 minutes and 30 seconds but i couldnt run no more as i felt like dying.

Today i ran 1.9 miles in 18 minutes which is around 6mph, so that shows some improvement from where i started endurance wise.

I just want to know how to get a much quicker time without pushing myself too much bearing in mind i only really started doing this a week and a half ago.

I need to be able to run 1.5 miles in preferably less than 10 minutes.

I can jog half a mile in 4.30 mins ish but i die after the half mile mark, i can jog/walk a mile in about 10 mins.

I just want tips on how to improve my stamina first of all as i feel i can work on the speed after. I want to be able to run about 3 miles comfortably. Any help/tips?

My cat keeps on tricking me and being quite mean which is odd as we've always been very close. The other night he slept on my bed and he woke me up three times, once by attacking my hair, once by attacking my leg and then by licking his hand and patting my face with it. After every time i woke up i tried not to seem angry because someone told me you shouldn't 'feed the troll' and he's always giggling and purring when he does these things clearly enjoying himself waiting for a reaction.

He also threw up on my chair and rolled in poo once when out. It was dark when he did both of these things so it wasn't easy to tell.

What can i do to retaliate? (Without seeming like it's a direct retaliation to any of his recent trolls?)

When i see women that are dressed as men i get a buzzing in my area. I looked down one and it had engorged and was crying white tears. Is this the norm or should i see a doctor?
