Instead, because about the same time period some crud e was discovered in Pennsylvania and they needed some way to use it. What better way than to burn it up in the newly developed automobile engine. Methane is abundant without limit, cleaner, and doesn't require foreign sources. Oil has become so expensive it impacts our economy in a major way.

One language is millions of years old and comes from the vocal chords of all animals. The other language is a mere one hundred thousand years old. The act of putting the two languages together was the most monumental achievement ever conceived, since it created what we now classify ourselves as the "human being". It seems to me putting the tiles next to each other with no spacing is just as pleasing to the eye as spacing them on all sides. There must be a reason for the spacing but I can't come up with it..

Couldn't the electric motor part of the hybrid vehicle be used strictly for getting up to speed before connecting to the gasoline engine. The gas engine might then be run at a constant speed with greater gas engine efficiency. Maybe even not have a conventional transmission system at all, but use the electric motor in its place.

When a person is hard of hearing, it's only the consonants that can't be heard. And that is because the consonants are one thousandth as loud as the vowels can be. A person can only understand when both parts of speech are heard.

The first to built the "consonants only audio amplifier" is likely assured of great wealth. So try designing and building a prototype. Let's design and manufacture it in the USA so that great new employment will occur and help cure this long duration underemployment problem.

If a computer can be programmed to recognize vowels and consonants, then each could be acted on independent of one another and adjusted for maximum intelligibility.

My idea explains an idea of something formed over many Millenium. In its present application it is used erroneously with results that are poor. My idea corrects this wrong conclusion. I don't wish to use a lawyer to find out.

Using existing electronic components, I can modify speech so it is more easily understood, like a speaker who is trained in elocution, can it then be patented?

I wish to take the output of a A to D converter and feed it to an EPROM. Who will program the EPROM for me?

Instead of the normal A to D output, that is, converting the analog signal to digital values, how could I modify the output to different values?

What I am trying to ask is this; is there a correspondence of sound volume (decibels) and the bit numbers. e.g. might the number 256 correspond to some maximum sound volume like 40 dBs?
